Fan Mail FAQ
Added 2024-10-05 21:34:25 +0000 UTCHi, Haunties! Since some of you have been asking, I’m putting our Fan Mail unboxing schedule below along with an FAQ!
Q: How is Fan Mail collected?
A: Aly goes to the PO Box twice a month to collect letters and packages!
Q: How do you decide which packages go on which episode?
A: A bunch of factors go into this decision that would probably bore you to death (date you sent it, date we received it, date the USPS decides to release it to us, personal scheduling between Nat & Aly, episode release date, technical issues with episodes, etc.) , but just trust me that we do the best we can to divide them up in a way that makes sense and we LOVE AND VALUE AND CHERISH literally EVERYTHING you guys send us! We are so, so grateful for everyone who sends letters and packages to us.
Q: Do you actually open them live on air or do you screen them beforehand?
A: We open them LIVE ON AIR.
Q: Can I send something anonymously?
A: You sure can! Please put your name on the exterior of the package because sometimes USPS won’t let things through to us if there’s no sender information, but you can always write in the letter or gift you send “Please keep my name anonymous” or something to that effect.
