Massachusetts Meetup Venue Help!

I have reached out to 4 different venues in Salem, Massachusetts about us renting out or reserving a space to have a meetup on either 9/15 or 9/16 9:30pm - 12am, but so far nothing has panned out. We would prefer to have the meetup in a bar, lounge, or speakeasy since 21+ venues usually come with some form of built-in security, but we are open to other types of venues as a last resort. We prefer budget-friendly venues with an informal atmosphere, but if that isn't possible we would be willing to possibly do a mini-live show plus meetup so that we could increase our budget a bit.
