Aly Bakes, Episode 7: Strawberry Tart

It was pretty good, but I think next time I’ll try a different filling, maybe one with some lemon in it instead of orange? Just a personal preference! P.S. I made two versions of this tart - one that is vegan (no egg) and one that is not vegan (with egg) since I was taking these tarts to a Memorial Day BBQ. Full disclosure - I’m vegan but I don’t care if other people around me aren’t. To make this tart vegan, I recommend using Red Mill Egg Replacer instead of eggs for the crust! That’s what I did for my vegan version, but you could also use banana, vinegar/baking soda, “flax eggs”, aquafaba, or applesauce. :)
