Honestly, your best bet for now is probably a Patreon exclusive Patreon where you can interact with your Patrons. Iβm sure you chatting with fans of your work will be a big incentive to join! Maybe you can do fun activities in there like give art tips in there etc!

2023-05-14 21:31:31 +0000 UTCI've seen a bunch of successful artist patrons implement a few things - Patron discord to interact with the artist and their community for all tiers - Very expensive and limited monthly sketch request tier, usually limited to 3 or 5. Knowing your big daily workload I'd suggest this tier be limited to 3 people at about 50 to 75 a month - Time lapse and PSD files which you've already implemented The current tiers you have and their rewards I think are fine.
