My Dad Is The Strongest?: Ch.24
Added 2025-06-13 17:29:18 +0000 UTC“Hah…made…it…”
“Did you really run the entire way here?”, Satoru asked with a raised eyebrow as he looked at his son, who shook his head while trying to catch his breath from where he was lying at the entrance to the Topyo Jujutsu High.
“No, I…I took a train up to the halfway point…and then I ran all the way here.”
“Huh, it would explain why you only took four hours. Well, at least you've made it in time. I'm about to head out to Nerima with Toge and Panda. I want you to keep an eye on Yuta and Maki that are still here.”
“Maki because she was forbidden to help and Yuta because they're still scared of him?”, Killua asked, smirking as his dad just nodded before the man walked past while patting his shoulder.
“This time, remember to not go overboard.”
“It was one time and the guy was going to blow up the city!”, Killua shouted even as he walked up the stairs, ignoring his dad's snickers before letting out a sigh as he made his way to the main building.
As he made it to the top, he narrowed his eyes at the dozen Jujutsu High managers walking around, each glancing at him and nodding in greeting.
Killua returned the nods even as he continued walking, a hum escaping his lips as he felt Yuta's enormous well of cursed energy near the front classrooms along with Maki's rather abysmal presence next to him.
'I still don't get why they just can't let her help. Even if her cursed energy leaves a lot to be desired, her physical capabilities are still on par with that of a Grade 2 sorceror,' Killua thought with a shake of his head as he hopped onto the rooftop, landing with the grace of a feather before crossing his arms and sitting down.
'I wonder why Dad wanted me to come help,' Killua couldn't believe that Yuta of all people needed help, especially with how much the guy had trained since the last time they fought.
He could feel it in the way Yuta controlled his residue, with it being far less compared to it was when they fought and it also felt a lot…darker than it did.
'That could mean that he has more control…or that both him and the curse grew more powerful as time passed. Hopefully, it's the latter,' The boy thought with an amused smile as he relaxed and began to watch.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was only an hour after Killua had begun his watch that he looked up, staring in the direction where he had felt a flare of cursed energy while narrowing his eyes as he noted the managers doing the same.
It was not long before another came from his left, another from his lower right and then dozens appeared all around the campus as the managers began to panic.
“Kil-”
“I'll take care of it,” Killua spoke as he dropped down, scanning through the numerous energies flaring rapidly before locking onto the strongest one and vanishing right as he touched the ground.
The leaves of the forest on the Tokyo campus was barely disturbed as Killua hopped from branch to branch, each step pushing him further and further until he landed just a few dozen meters outside of the premises.
'Okay, now where the hell are you?', Killua hummed while slowly walking forward, his head turning from side to side while his senses stretched out wide to try and find the source of the cursed energy he was tracking.
“Hmm, not bad. I didn't quite expect you to find me that easily,” A female voice spoke from behind him and Killua wasted no time as he kicked a rock backwards, flowing cursed energy into it to increase its lethality.
He was not surprised though when the woman destroyed it, turning to look at her only to freeze at the smiling black-haired woman with stitchings across her forehead.
“So, I hear you've been l-”
“Speed of Lightning: Maximum Output!”, The ground exploded as Killua shot forward, crossing the distance between the two of them before the dust could even rise as the woman grinned.
“Cursed Technique Reversal: Antigravity!”, Killua's eyes widened as his fist was forced to the ground, quickly catching himself before gritting his teeth as he felt it pushing him further and further down.
“You know, I kind of expected that you would just attack me, but at least give me a chance to talk,” The woman spoke with a giggle as she hopped back, Killua moving immediately as the gravity vanished when she got away from him.
Swinging a high kick at her head, the woman blocked it and forced him back, Killua catching the unsettling look in her eyes when she looked at her arm and back at him with a smirk.
“I see. Your technique is not like his.”
“Cursed Technique Reversal: Thunderbolt!”
“Anti-gravity system!”, As Killua punched at her and launched a bolt of lightning, he frowned as the woman hopped over it with a smile before she hopped midair and launched herself even further away.
However, his eyes widened as she smirked while blood exploded from her arms, realizing what she was doing when she gathered the blood in a condensed sphere that was the size of a pea before clapping it in-between her hands.
“Blood Manipulation: Piercing Blood!”, The blood shot forward and sliced through the sky, Killua easily dodging to the side before rushing in as he saw the woman floating down.
'How does she have multiple techniques?', That was the question that stumped Killua as he rushed in, electricity sparking around his body before he rushed from side to side.
The woman didn't seem to care for the zigzagging as she placed her two fists against each other, the inside of her wrists pointed towards the sky and the tips of her thumbs touching against each other.
“Domain Expansion…”, Killua's stomach dropped as he heard her words, quickly shifting into a crouched stance right as her cursed energy washed over him.
“Falling Blossom Emotion!”
“Deceitful Womb!”, The moment she finished chanting, his eyes widened as a pillar of mangled flesh formed behind the woman, numerous faces of cursed spirits all over it while blood flowed freely from their gaping mouths and empty eye-sockets.
The next moment, he gagged as blood erupted from his lips, feeling his vision going blurry while also watching as chunks of his cursed energy that created Falling Blossom Emotion were ripped away from his body.
'Wha-What…was that?'
“Oh, you even have some mastery over Falling Blossom Emotion, huh? Honestly, if it weren't for the fact that your father was alive, you might have been a contender for the title of 'The Strongest',” The woman spoke even as she kept her fists connected, another wave of dizziness washing over Killua as more of Falling Blossom Emotion ripped away.
However, the woman's eyes widened as Killua looked up with a glare, the dazed look in his eyes fading away while Reversed Cursed Energy restored the damage done to his body.
“Domain Expansion: Throne of the Thunder God!”, The air rumbled as a domain formed around the two of them, the woman's pillar of flesh in the centre while dark clouds rumbling with thunder formed in the sky above.
“I see. Domain Expansion at ten years old is a feat not many can say they can do. In fact, I'd say you're the first to do so” The woman spoke with a smirk as she landed, letting her hands drop to the side as Killua stood up while cracking his neck.
“Ha, you just love the sound of your voice, don't you?”
“I do. Now, why were you stationed here while your father is elsewhere?”
“Oh, you don't need to know that. However, I want to know something from you. Are you the one that made the markings I've been tracking?”
“See, that depends on the markings,” The woman said with a sly smile and Killua frowned as he took the photo from his jacket, balling it up before throwing it at her.
Catching it with ease, he watched the smile on the woman's face widen when she looked at the photograph, already readying himself for battle when she glanced over the edge of the photo and shook her head.
“Can't say that I am.”
“You sure? You fit the description to a tee.”
“How many women do you think there are in Japan with some type of facial scarring?”
“As of this moment, I only care for the one,” Killua spoke in a low tone as electricity sparked around his hands, feeling his domain clashing with the woman's as she sighed and dropped the photo.
Before it could start falling, she rushed forward, cursed energy boosting her even further as Killua's form sparked with cursed energy as well.
The air rumbled as the two clashed, Killua pushing against her before pushing off and vanishing with the spark of lightning. Thunder boomed with his every step as he dashed around the woman, slipping around and aiming a dropkick that she easily blocked.
Quickly kicking his legs out as she went to grab one, he wrapped a leg around her right arm before kicking away her left with the other, raising his free leg up high and bringing it down in an axe kick.
The woman just looked amused as she twisted around the attack, pulling her arm free and countered with a palm strike, Killua twisting midair to block the attack.
Flipping backwards with it, he grunted as he landed with his feet skidding across the ground of his domain, shaking his arms with a hum before he smirked.
“You are quite fast, I'll admit that, but speed without the ability to hit me is wasted.”
“Huh, that's funny. I was about to say the same to you,” Killua responded as he crouched low, electricity surging over his body as he took a deep breath before shooting forward.
“Speed of Lightning: Maximum Output- Godlike Speed!”, The air exploded as the world blurred around him, Killua reappearing in front of her with a fist pulled back before vanishing mid-swing as the woman dodged the blow.
“Cursed Technique Reversal: Maximum Output- Lightning Storm!”, However, her eyes widened as the blow as not meant for her, a surge of positive reverse cursed energy racing across the landscape in the form of a potent lightning bolt.
The woman let out a strained grunt as the lightning hit her leg, Killua immediately shooting forward before sliding as she tried to land a heel kick.
Grabbing onto her leg before pulling himself over, Killua landed a heavy toe kick to the back of her neck that smacked her face first into the ground, twisting around midair with a fist cocked back.
Swinging as she bounced, his fist impacted her cheek with a loud boom, Killua continuing the swing and sending her flying across the landscape. Not done yet, he rushed in as she flipped over with a stagger, a frown on his face as he felt the reversed cursed energy flowing in her legs.
'No, not yet. She's not dead yet,' He thought as he came to a sliding stop, dodging her punch at his head and countering with a jab at her ribs. Slipping to the side before delivering a spin-kick to her side, it sent her flying to the side as he landed, a frown on his face when he saw her stop herself with a chuckle.
“Impressive. Very impressive indeed. It's been a while since anyone's managed to land a blow on me.”
'She's not trying to fight. She's just taking the blows and healing them as if…she's examining and studying me,' Killua thought with a look of realization as he relaxed his form, noting the woman do the same right as their domains dispersed.
“Why the hell are you here?”
“To see Geto face off against Yuta. Why else would I be here?”, The woman spoke with a frown and Killua frowned as he finally noticed the two cursed energies clashing.
He was surprised though at how much Yuta's energy was surging, the dark aura enveloping everything around it before he tuned back to his battle to see the woman turning and walking away.
Wasting no time, Killua shot forward with a hand pulled back, throwing a palm thrust at the woman before his eyes widened as he spun around and blocked a heavy kick with gritted teeth.
“Make sure you keep him busy for as long as possible.”
“If it means that Satoru Gojo suffers, gladly,” The red-skinned Cthulhu look-alike spoke as they floated in the air, Killua narrowing his eyes at the rings of water around its body.
“Who the hell are you?”
“I am your doom. Domain Expansion…”, The being murmured as they placed their fists against their abdomen before tearing it open, revealing an intricate drawing in white under their skin.
The next moment, Killua was silent as he found himself standing in on island in the middle of what was most likely an ocean, the island having a small forest on it while he spotted the tentacle monster standing in the water.
“Horizon of the Captivating Skandha.”
'Okay, this is definitely a Special-Grade,' Killua thought as he lowered himself slightly, watching as the spirit clapped its hands together before he frowned as he looked at his arm where a fish shikigami had bit down on his arm.
'So, the domain's sure-hit is being able to use fish shikigami that only becomes visible after they land an attack. Oh, now you've just written your death certificate,' Killua thought, remembering the fish Chimera Ant that had caused his death in his past life and while he does not show it, he was still very pissed at the bastard who did it even after he killed them.
“And it looks like you volunteer as tribute,” Killua murmured with a grin as he tore the spirit off, his flesh already regenerating before he shot forward as the spirit thrust its hands towards him.
Immediately, gigantic serpentine shikigami exploded from the water as Killua kept on running, jumping straight into the mouth of one before bursting through the top of his head with a snarl.
Cursed energy overflowed in his body as he smacked his hands together, unleashing a shockwave that pushed the shikigami away before he growled as another three bit down on his leg.
Uncaring for them as he continued running along the body of the spirit he killed, Killua tore the shikigami out before tearing them to pieces, hopping into the air and twisting right as a shikigami bit his leg off.
Before and in a past life, losing a limb would have been a death sentence for him, but as he activated his Reversed Cursed Technique while diving down, his leg was already regenerated as he spun through the air and lashed out with a spinning kick.
The Cthulhu clone blocked the attack with a raised arm even as the force sent it flying towards the island, Killua ducking his head to dodge the shikigami trying to bite his head while four more tore his limbs off.
'Okay, I'm getting tired here,' Killua thought as he regenerated his legs first, landing on a shikigami before rushing along its length while regenerating his arms next.
Hopping over a Shikigami trying to bite him from below, Killua flipped through the air and over one of the larger Shikigami, ignoring the numerous piranha shikigami biting down on his body before grinning as he felt a spark in the back of his mind.
'I've never tried it, but now seems like a good time,' Killua thought as cursed energy sparked around his body, burning the piranha away before his cursed energy overflowed and let out a thunderous boom across the landscape.
“Speed of Lightning: Maximum Technique…”, His hair spiked up in all directions as lightning poured from the corners of his mouth and eyes, a ribbon of lightning wrapping behind the back of his neck and around each shoulder as his entire body overflowed with lightning.
“Godspeed,” Killua murmured as he landed, immediately catching a shikigami by their throat before ripping it out and shooting forward. Lightning trailed behind his body as he slipped around the shikigami thrown at him with a smirk.
Each step brought about the booming sound of thunder and let out a shockwave that pushed the shikigami, but Killua's smirk widened when he saw the octopus humanoid doing its best to cover its body with water.
“Cursed Technique Reversal: Maximum Output- Lightning Storm,” The lightning bolt birthed from his technique tore through the water of the Cthulhu spirit, tearing a chunk out of its side as well right as Killua came to a sliding stop in front of it.
The first punch landed and sent the spirit flying through the forest, but Killua was already at the other end by the time it came through, landing another blow that sent it flying off in the other direction.
Each and every punch made thunder boom as Killua raced around the entire island, delivering blow after blow that cracked and tore away at the spirit's flesh before he vanished and appeared above it with both legs pulled back.
With a grunt and a stomp, his feet tore right through its body and let off a powerful surge of electricity throughout its body, Killua coming to a sliding stop with the body slowly evaporating as he deactivated his technique.
It was just in time too as he felt his vision spinning, the last thing he saw being his father appearing in front of him before he fell over and passed out.
A/N: And so, Dagon is gone~!! Honestly, the only thing he did was just delay Nanami, Megumi, Maki and Naobito and it was a toss-up between him and Hanami…so I decided to let the aforementioned four deal with the latter.
Also, there is a reason for why Dagon is already out of his Cursed Womb state when he took a while to do so, but that will be explained later…or next chapter?
Anyway, next chapter: Aftermath of A Hundred Demons.
As always, read, enjoy, review and until the next one…
Ba-Bye~!!
