“Huh, why have you guys not told me that we have this?”, I asked as I sat in the floor of one of the god Cubes, the Old Kai just shrugging from where he was sitting cross-legged in front of me.

“You never asked and that idiot Shin was never told where the cubes were stored.”

“Didn't he have millions of years to search the entire planet to find them?”

“You really think Shin is going to look everywhere for someone he was never told of?”, he asked and I hummed before shrugging with a shake of my head.

“No. No, he would not. So, what can I expect from this meeting?”, I asked and the Old Kai looked at me before nodding.

“Firstly, they're going to insult you so do not fall for them. If you do, they will figure out what makes you tic and what doesn't.”

“That's to be expected. What else?”

“These are beings that were born as divine beings millions of years ago. You have only been a god for less than a year so they will try and make you feel like you're nothing. Just ignore the ones that do that.”

“Easily done. Anything else?”

“They're going to think you're weak. Let them,” he spoke with a frown and I narrowed my eyes at that.

“Explain.”

“The one thing about us divine beings is that we grow stronger with every day even if we do not train or not. When that happens, we will always see mortals as inferior unless they show us that they are more powerful. Therefore…”

“Get as much information as I can from them until they take it too far and then show my true power, yes?”, I asked and the Old Kai smiled as he nodded before I looked forward as the Cube began to slow down.

“Hmm, their place looks a bit better than ours,” I spoke with a hum as I stood up, watching as we descended upon a vast grassy plain.

Unlike Universe 7's Sacred World where we had a few trees and a few buildings that served as our home and/ or Panzy and Towa's lab, Universe 6's only had the two buildings and one large tree. Its branches spread out wide and appeared to be in the centre of the pathway between the two buildings.

One building looked to be a mixture of a residential home and a castle while the other looked to be a meeting hall, which appeared to be correct as I saw the Supreme Kai assistants of the various universes standing outside beside their respective god Cube.

“Remember, do not fall for their provocation and listen only to the ones that treat you as an equal.”

“Got it. You need any help to look after the cart?”, I asked and chuckled as the old Kai looked at me with a frown before scoffing and crossing his arms.

“I am still a former Supreme Kai and one of the oldest at that. I can handle a few young buffoons,” I snickered at his words as the Cube landed, the old Kai deciding to stay back while I took a step out and let my body morph.

With every step, I ignored the attendant Kais' look of surprise as my skin stayed its light pink, my antenna vanishing into my body as a mane of pinkish-white hair grew out to take its place.

Descending up the steps to the meeting hall, the Kais at the entrance bowed while opening the door, revealing a large round table in the open centre of the hall with twelve seats around the table.

“Well, well~ It appears the new Kai for Universe 7 is one for theatrics,” Roh, the Supreme Kai for Universe 9, spoke with a smile that was all but mocking and I simply smiled while sitting down next to Fuwa who gave me a polite nod.

“I apologize for keeping you all waiting. My invitation must have gotten lost.”

“You do not need to apologize, Cuu. Some of us can say that we didn't make the deadline either.”

“Something you should not be proud of, Iru,” Khai said with a frown and Iru, Supreme Kai of Universe 8, gave a sheepish smile as the others sighed.

“Can we simply proceed to the minutes of the previous meeting? Unlike most, I do have a universe to return to,” Anato, Supreme Kai to Universe 1, spoke with a frown and I narrowed my eyes with a smirk even as Khai cleared his throat.

'Huh, so they're as diligent as I remember them to be from what little we saw in the anime. As expected of the universe with the highest mortal level,' Now that I think about it, I think it's about time I get Beerus off of his ass and force him to start focusing on his work.

After all, I don't want to participate in that tournament, especially since as the Supreme Kai, I believe that I would be barred from participating.

'But Toppo was able to and he was a god of Destruction candidate. Then again, he was a god of Destruction candidate and not the Supreme Kai of his universe. Hah, I guess I'm going to try and force Beerus to get off his ass.'

“You speak the truth, Anato. Let us begin with this gathering of Kais. The first thing of the last meeting is whether or not we have any new additions. As we all can see, there is one,” Khai spoke while looking at me and I smiled before bowing my head in greeting.

“Hopefully, I will be able to do as good as the Kais before me.”

“Considering that the past Supreme Kai of Universe 7 was Shin, you don't have to worry about doing worse than that guy.”

“Roh!”

“It's the truth, isn't it Gowasu? Shin was not adequately prepared for his work and thus, there is no need for Ci here to worry about doing worse than him.”

“Cuu, Roh. My name is Cuu.”

“Ah, of course. Apologies for the mispronunciation. It's just so hard to remember everyone these days,” Roh apologized, but I just smiled as I heard the snide in his tone and nodded.

“I understand, Roh. After all, age is catching up to all of us,” I countered, keeping my smirk even as Roh's faded slightly while Iru and Agu, Supreme Kai of Universe 12, hid their smiles behind their hands.

“Continuing onwards, the next item was the status of each Universe's Supreme Kai's progress on their new worlds. If I remember correctly, Anata, Ogma, Iru and Agu are the only ones who have created more than five new planets in the past century, yes”

“It's as it is. The new planets I have created in the last century have been doing well in terms of evolution, but a few of them did not make it past their first decade.”

“That's to be expected. I can say the same for my seven,” Ogma, the Supreme Kai of Universe 5 and the only female Supreme Kai, spoke with a calm and soft tone, Iru nodding in agreement while Agu smiled.

“I'll be happy to admit that four of my seven planets have just created what could qualify as their first civilization while the last of the three are reaching that point.”

“Wonderful, Agu,” Khai spoke with a smile as he clapped, the rest of us clapping as well as Agu gave a thankful nod.

“That was the last note of the previous meeting. Now then, is there anything that anyone wishes to start with?”, Khai asked and turned to me as I raised my hand.

“Before I do, I would like to ask if Fuwa is actually sleeping?”, I asked, gesturing towards the Supreme Kai of Universe 6 beside me who had his eyes closed. In all honesty, I didn't expect the Supreme Kai for the twin universe to Universe 7 to fall asleep that easily, but it appears I was right as everyone just looked at him and sighed.

“Cuu, would you please wake him up?”, Khai asked and I tapped Fuwa on the shoulder, but I may have pulled far less strength than I intended as the air trembled while Fuwa gasped as he nearly fell out of his chair had I not caught him.

“Ah, apologies for that. I sometimes forget to control my strength.”

“I-It is okay. I suppose my meeting with Lord Champa ha-uwah~ has made me more tired than I anticipated,” He apologised with a slightly sleepy smile and I nodded before looking back at the other Supreme Kais who were all focused on me.

Well, there goes the plan of going under radar.

'It's not my fault, at least. I hang out with Saiyan gods and Beerus so no one can blame me if I struggle to adjust to regular gods.'

“You…are quite more powerful than we expected, Cuu,” Ogma said with narrowed eyes and I smiled before nodding as I sat upright in my seat.

“I do spar with Lord Beerus occasionally so that may be the cause of it.”

“You…you spar…with your universe's god of Destruction?”, Roh asked, as if unable to believe it and I saw the skeptical looks on the other Supreme Kais' faces as I nodded.

“I do, but he tends to hold back a bit in case he does kill me and him by extension.”

“I…see. Well, you said that you had something for the meeting?”, Khai spoke and I nodded as I cleared my throat before sitting with my arms on the table.

“Yes, I have. Firstly, I would like to say that I know that most of you see me as inferior due to my past as a mortal and I do not blame you. After all, I can't expect divine beings to change their behaviour towards former mortals at a snap of my fingers.”

“That is true. Continue.”

“Secondly, I am here to say that I have successfully created a peace-keeping organization that I had made in image of the Pride Troopers of Universe 11. I call them the Imperial Empire and they work in conjunction with the Galactic Patrol of our Universe 7's Northern Galaxy to protect the mortals of my universe.”

“Wonderful, I am glad to see that you took inspiration from the guardians of my universe,” Khai spoke with a smile that didn't quite reach his eyes, but I didn't say anything as I simply nodded when the rest of the Kais clapped politely as well.

“I thank you, Khai. Finally, I am glad to admit that I have also started on repairing the creation cycle of Universe 7 by recreating some of the planets that we have lost.”

“Great work. And how many of the planets have you restored?”, Eyre, Supreme Kai of Universe 3, asked before he blinked along with the rest of the Supreme Kais as I answered.

“Over ten thousand.”

“…Excuse me? I must be losing my hearing a bit because I swear that you just said-”, Pell, Supreme Kai to Universe 2, began slowly before I smiled and cut him off.

“Over ten thousand? You are not losing your hearing, Pell. I did indeed restore all 12 192 planets that was lost during the early rampages of Majin Buu all those millions of years ago. Unfortunately, I could not bring their residents back as we all know that resurrection is forbidden for a Supreme Kai to do, but I hope that the new species of these planets will be as prosperous and benevolent as the previous ones.”

“I…I see. Well, I suppose we are to applaud you for taking this step restoring Universe 7, then,” Roh spoke with a smile that now had hints of nervousness at it and I smiled in thanks, turning my gaze to Khai who kept his gaze at me for a while before nodding.

“It is as you say, Roh. While it is wonderful to see you picking up the pieces of what is left of Universe 7, especially after everything that has happened in your universe, you must not exhaust yourself in order to do so. Creation must come with time.”

“I understand, Khai, and I have been taking the breaks that are needed, but I have decided that getting a big start is what is needed to jumpstart the birth of the new Universe 7.”

“I couldn't agree more, Cuu,” Eyre, Supreme Kai of Universe 3, spoke with a smile as he adjusted his glasses, a smile spreading across my face as most of the other Kais nodded in agreement before I looked to Khai as he cleared his throat.

“Indeed. Now, onto the next matter of the day…”

After I explained my new plan for Universe 7, the meeting was a bit quicker than I was expecting as I sat in silence, watching as they talked about minor cosmic disturbances and the ongoing trend of mortal technology slowly reaching and even outpacing divine management in some universes.

I on the other hand was silent as I was figuring out the power dynamic of the group, noting how everyone went quiet when either Khai or Anato spoke while Roh was the agitator of the group. Iru and Agu were the humorous yet insightful duo of the group. Eyre, Kuru and Fuwa were the pragmatic ones of the groups that often voiced concern and finally Pell, Gowasu and Ogma were the calm voices of the group that kept everything on the right path.

By the end of the meeting, I had managed to figure out just roughly how their universes acted towards mine and from how a few of them were acting as we exited the meeting hall, I had figured out that most of them had adjusted their behaviour towards me as well.

Pell, the rough and stern Supreme Kai that he was, even patted me on the arm as he passed while Ogma gave a nod in greeting, something neither of them did for the other Supreme Kais that walked past.

“Before you leave, Cuu, I'd like to speak to you if you have time,” Gowasu called out and I blinked at the strange request before nodding and patting Fuwa's shoulder with a smile.

“We shall continue our discussion at another time, Fuwa.”

“We shall, Cuu. I look forward to more conversation with the Supreme Kai of my universe's twin,” The green-skinned Glind spoke with a happy chuckle and I couldn't help my own as I waved before following and walking beside Gowasu.

“So, what did you wish to speak of?”, I began and Gowasu stayed silent as the two of us watched the other Supreme Kais leave in their Cubes before he spoke.

“From what I have seen, you possess a trait that is not often seen amongst our kind. You observe not just events, but people.”

“As a former mortal, it is rather natural for me,” I answered and he chuckled at my words, nodding in agreement.

“Indeed, most Supreme Kai focus too much on rules, the order and the divine law, but they forget that mortals shape the destiny of the universes and those who shape mortals are often not gods, but the circumstances and struggles that they undergo.”

'Huh, this guy is actually really nice,' I know that Gowasu was one of the few Supreme Kais in the anime/ manga that liked to let mortals do as they please, but as he continued speaking while we kept walking, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe for the awed tone in his voice.

“Tell me, Cuu. What is it that you seek for Universe 7 from here onwards? Is it survival, control, balance or something more abstract?”, He asked as the two of us stopped at the point where his Cube was in one direction and mine in the other.

“I want…I want to build something lasting, a universe that grows into something that can create and/ or destroy without needing divine intervention.”

“A noble goal, but dangerous. When pushed by us divine, change can spark rebellion or awakening, two paths that are the most important for mortals to take.”

“Then I can only hope that I will be there to help guide them along the right path.”

“The right path or your path?”, He asked as he looked at me and I looked back at him before shaking my head with a smile.

“The path that is right, even if it is not the path that I would want them to take.”

“…Then, you have already succeeded as a Kai. Perhaps one day, I may be able to apply your mindset to my own universe.”

“Only if you give me some credit,” I said and he chuckled as he patted my shoulder, walking away while I took a quick yet analytic glance at the figure waiting for him beside Universe 10's Cube.

On one hand, I could just end the Zamasu arc right here and now, but on the other hand, attacking any Kai of another universe without concrete proof may result in Universe 7 being erased from existence by Lord Zeno.

'Something I can't risk. Okay then, while I'm helping the Universe, we're also getting information and dirt that I can use to take him out,' I thought as I turned and began making my way to Universe 7's Cube, not surprised to see the Old Kai snoring away inside the Cube as I walked in.

“Yeah, I'm not surprised,” I spoke with a smirk as my footsteps woke him up, just raising an eyebrow as he tried and failed to make it to his feet when he lost his footing and fell face first onto the floor.

“H-Huh?”

“Next time, I'm bringing Shin with and leaving you with Panzy,” I said with a smirk, laughing as he froze before I let the Cube take off.

Time to make some more planets and hang out with my family.

A/N: And the meeting of the Kais have ended. Cuu has been introduced to the Kais, some of which like him and some don't. What happens next? Who knows~!!
