46)Perfection? Not For Me: Ch.46

Glorio grunted as he blocked Vegeta's fist, grimacing at the flash of pain before wrapping his left arm around the man's outstretched arm while shooting at him with his right pistol.

The red-haired Saiyan just smirked as he leaned back from the attack, bring his leg up and lashing out with a kick that connected to Glorio's jaw, sending him flipping through the air.

As the demon caught himself midair, he slammed his guns together and formed his cannon, firing a barrage of ki-infused bullets that each sparked with electricity and flashed through the air.

Vegeta's eyes narrowed before he shot forward, zigzagging between the bullets with ease and reappearing in front of Glorio with a smirk.

“Too slow,” He whispered as he struck with an elbow to the underside of the cannon, snapping his arms up and leaving him wide as he delivered a powerful kick to Glorio's chest.

The wind was knocked from him as Glorio gasped, the force launching him backwards and making him skim across the water as Vegeta landed with a soft tap.

“You're not bad, but you still need to focus more on your fighting and less on your shooting,” Vegeta spoke as he floated down, to which Glorio just drifted on the surface before floating out from the water.

“I suppose you're right,” He murmured before shooting forward, Vegeta immediately blocking the punch to his face and pushing it to the side. Glorio spun with the momentum and delivered a high spin kick that the prince also blocked before his eyes widened as the cannon lit up.

Ducking down as the ki blast barely missed his head, the blast sailing through the air and exploding against a small mountain in the distance while Vegeta straightened up.

Twisting midair, Glorio flipped backwards while using the recoil of the cannon blast to go further, dodging Vegeta's kick while transforming his cannon back into pistols and unleashed a spiralling barrage of electro-shots at the Saiyan.

Vegeta clicked his tongue and flared his aura, a crimson blast of energy erupting around him as he rushed in and flew straight through the hailstorm of blasts this time.

“Wow, he's pretty good,” Goku murmured from where he was standing on a cliff, the ethereal energy of Super Saiyan God shimmering around his body before he winced as Whis flicked the back of his head.

“Focus,” The angel spoke with an amused yet stern look and Goku gave a sheepish smile as he nodded right as Vegeta slapped the final blast out of existence and vanished.

“Got you-!”, Vegeta began as he reappeared behind the demon before he found himself staring down the barrel of two pistols, a twin shot from them being more annoying if anything as smoke covered his vision while Glorio flew away to safety.

After both Goku and Vegeta had ascended to their new Super Saiyan God statuses, Glorio knew he stood no chance against them until he himself either acquired God Ki or reached their level through sheer training, but for now, he had to make do with what he had.

Glorio watched as the smoke was dispersed with a burst of kiai, Vegeta staring right at him before he smirked and nodded.

“You're not bad for a demon. Now, allow me to respond in-”, Vegeta stopped talking as he heard a deafening boom echoing in the sky, looking up to see an iridescent meteor flying through the clouds and crashing down onto the planet.

“Who the hell is that?!”, Both Vegeta and Goku winced as they heard Beerus' angered roars, Glorio just watching on as the deity ripped through his tree and appeared in front of them.

“Hello, my lord. How was your sleep?”

“Just fine until someone crashed into my damned planet! Come forth who did it and I may give you some mer-Why do I sense that irritating bastard?”, Beerus asked with a frown as his anger vanished, confusing the three mortals as Whis' eyes were narrowed as well.

“It appears that you have company, my lord,” He spoke, watching as two familiar figures floated out from the crater and towards them.

“Beerus!”, The shorter and wider of the two shouted, the three mortals looking between Beerus and what appeared to be a more rotund and bulkier clone of his that had red on his Destroyer garb instead of the blue that Beerus had.

“Yes, Champa? What brings you to my domain? Uninvited, might I add?”

“Can it! I know what you did!”, The Destroyer spoke with a frown, making Beerus raise an eyebrow as he looked to Whis who gave a light shrug.

“I myself am in the dark here, my lord. May I ask what he means, sister?”, Whis asked as he turned to the older female angel, her curvaceous form clad in a green robe with puffy shoulders and the same large light blue ring around her neck.

“What Lord Champa has failed to explain is that Lord Fuwa informed us of Hit the legendary assassin crossing the boundaries between our universes. Now, he has made himself believe-”

“Not made! I know he has hired him to try and take me out! You're still mad that I took the last Korto bacon-eggf for our birthday, aren't you?!”, Champa spoke with a frown and Beerus narrowed his eyes as he floated closer to his brother.

“You dare accuse me of resorting to mortals? Me, the strongest of us gods of Destruction?”

“You, the strongest? I knew you were a clown, but I did not know you told good jokes, Beerus,” Champa spoke with a scoff as he floated closer to him, the two glaring at each other as both Whis and his older sister looked at each other.

“Wait! That's your sister?!”, Goku exclaimed, drawing the attention of the deities back to see the Saiyan's surprised look. Vegeta and Glorio hid their shock better as they watched the gods look at them before Champa frowned as Beerus rolled his eyes.

“Yes, that is Whis' sister Vados and this is my idiot of a brother Champa that I am regrettably related to. They're from Universe 6, the inferior universe between us two.”

“Oh, you're just asking to get your ass beat!”

“As if you have the strength to beat me,” Beerus spoke with a snort before he blinked as he felt a smack against his face, slowly looking at his brother to see the smug smile on his face.

“Ha! Who's the stronger one no-!”, Champa's head snapped to the side as Beerus smacked him back with a backhand, looking pleased as the god of Destruction from Universe 6 looked at him while Vados looked at her younger brother.

“May I ask where your sceptre is?”

“Oh, the new Supreme Kai of our universe is training within it.”

“Who's doing what now?”, Champa asked, his anger fading for a moment as he looked to Whis before turning back to Beerus with a frown as the god laughed.

“Hahaha~! Yes, Champa. Unlike your feeble Supreme Kai, my linked Kai is currently one of the strongest mortals turned divine in the Universe. Dare I say, he might be one of the strongest divines in the multiverse.”

“Now, we both know that's a load of bullshit. There is no way a mortal was made a Supreme Kai.”

“Not when he had absorbed both a Majin and a Grand Supreme Kai into his body.”

“…You allowed a mortal to absorb not just a Majin but also a Grand Supreme Kai?”, Champa asked as he slowly turned to Beerus, who scoffed as he crossed his arms.

“Of course not. He did it while I was asleep.”

“And did you clear it with the Omni-King and the Grand Priest?”, He asked, grinning as Beerus looked at Whis who shook his head.

“Unfortunately, we did not.”

“Okay, then we'll just do-!” Beerus' head snapped to where Whis' sceptre was floating, Champa looking at it as well as both frowned right as a pillar of violet energy erupted from it.

“Holy crap!”, Goku exclaimed as they got pushed back, digging his feet into the ground along with Vegeta while Glorio used the two fighters as cover as they saw the figure slowly walking out of the energy.

“Oh…Hello, Champa.”

“Oh…Hello, Champa,” I greeted with a smile as the energy died down behind me, Whis calling his sceptre back while the two gods of Destruction floated down to stand in front of me.

“How do you know my name?”

“I have the memories of Shin-no so of course I know your name,” I spoke with a shrug and the god just narrowed his eyes before I looked to Beerus as he stepped in front of me.

“You feel…stronger. A lot stronger.”

“Really? I feel like I've got stronger, but not by that much?”, I answered as I looked at my body, but Beerus shook his head as he placed a hand on my shoulder and closed his eyes.

“No, your energy feels far calmer now than it was before. It's not divided into many segments like it once was. It is now whole and since your energy was strained when it was divided, it is a lot more potent than it was before. Hmm, I think it's not farfetched to say that it's at least three times more potent than it was before.”

“I would agree with that estimation, my lord,” Whis spoke up and I looked at him before raising an eyebrow as I saw the intrigued beauty floating beside the angel.

“Ah, I did not think Whis had a beautiful twin sister.”

“Ufufufu~ I thank you for the compliment, Lord Cuu, but an angel is not allowed to have relations or emotional connection of any form,” Vados spoke with a soft smile and I blinked as Whis giggled.

“…How many guys has said what I just did to you?”

“I've been alive and well for a little over 200 million years. I will allow you to do the math,” She answered and I just shrugged before rolling my eyes as Glorio looked at me.

“You're going to tell your Mom?”

“She'd be more angry at me for not stopping it than she would be for you trying to flirt,” He answered with a shrug and I shook my head before looking to Champa as he spoke up.

“Are you the one who ordered the assassin Hit to kill me?”

“…I am confused,” I said as I looked to Beerus, wanting for some clarification before raising an eyebrow as he shrugged in response.

“We're just in the dark as you are. This idiot came crashing through the air onto the planet and said that we asked Hit to kill him.”

“That would be impossible considering I don't have a way to cross the inter-universal borders and you two did not even know who Hit was until after I asked Shin to send him back to Universe 6.”

“Which is what Lord Fuwa said, but unfortunately, Lord Champa here was too hasty per usual,” Vados spoke with a knowing smile and both Beerus and I slowly turned our gazes back to Champa who blinked.

“…Fuwa said that?”

“He did, my Lord.”

“…You're not lying to me?”

“I am not, my Lord.”

“Champa, why are you this hasty?”, Beerus asked and Champa grumbled as I hid my smile.

“You try waking up from a nap and listening to Fuwa's exhausting explanations with a mind that's half-asleep and bored.”

“Look, if I wanted you dead, Champa, I'd take you out myself. I'm not that cowardly,” I said with a shrug and Beerus snorted with a smirk as Champa turned his glare from Beerus to me.

“You saying you could beat me?”

“I've fought Beerus here and he has had to take me serious during the end of our fight,” I answered and Champa glanced to Beerus who was staring at me in turn.

“Lord Beerus. You have to say the whole thing.”

“Nope, you're Beerus now because we're linked~”, I reminded him with a teasing smirk, snickering as he narrowed his eyes before rolling them as Champa giggled.

“I like him. He's not as scared of you like the others are.”

“Oh, go jump in a black hole and never come out.”

“And miss seeing you get humbled by a Glind-Majin-mortal fusion? Not a chance!”, Champa spoke with a scoff and Beerus huffed as I looked to where the Saiyans were still standing.

“You minds still keeping up?”

“Honestly, I'm just keeping everyone at the same level in my mind and that's stopping me from dropping in shock,” Goku spoke with a sheepish smile and I laughed as Vegeta shook his head.

“Of course, an imbecile like you came up with such a thought process.”

“Hey! It's true, but you don't need to say that,” Goku mumbled and I smiled as Glorio patted his back before I observed their energy.

Goku's was a lot calmer than before, still brimming with power, but more controlled than it was when it started.

Vegeta's on the other hand made me frown as it was even more chaotic than before. It was still under control, but I could feel the controlled inferno flaring and writhing against itself as I looked at the Saiyan.

“Vegeta, have you…?”

“Yes,” He answered and that made me blink as Goku just smirked.

“Yeah, Vegeta said that the Super Saiyan God transformation feels too calm and focused too much on control and while he will master it, he wants to achieve something different to feel more unique.”

“I said I did not wish to be on the same level as a clown.”

“I made it sound nicer,” Goku spoke with a shrug, Vegeta rolling his eyes while I smirked as an idea came to mind.

“If so, you can always try and combine Super Saiyan God with your Oozaru transformation.”

“That's it! When we first fought, you said that you mastered the Ape transformation so why not combine it now with the others?”, Goku spoke with an excited smile while the intrigue danced in Vegeta's eyes as he looked to me.

“That is a good suggestion.”

“Exactly and since you wanted something unique, it doesn't get more unique than that.”

“Besides, then we can really see who's stronger,” Goku spoke with an excited smile and I smirked as Vegeta gave a challenging one back.

“It would be nice to break your back again.”

“You cheated with the size and you know it,” I just watched as the two began to argue, looking to Glorio who walked closer while I felt his energy.

To my surprise, it was nearly double that of what it was before we started and he noticed my impressed look as he smirked and nodded.

“That's…not bad at all. Nice work, Glorio.”

“Thank you, but it has been two days since you entered that portal for your training.”

'…I want to ask how that is even possible when it felt like two minutes for me, but who knows how long I was stuck in that torturous time illusion by Mechikabura?', That thing really messed with my perspective as I felt myself dying hundreds of thousands of times and yet, my mind was still intact.

“True, but hey, any progress is still progress.”

“And for the matter, that last Korto bacon-egg was mine!”, Beerus shouted, drawing my attention back only to sigh as I saw the two rearing back with a fist.

“Alright, settle down,” I spoke and rolled my eyes as they both turned to me with a glare.

“You want what he's getting?”

“No, but-!”, I stopped talking as I looked up, watching as a violet portal appeared in the air before freezing as a familiar short figure floated through.

Dressed in a dark blue long-sleeved shirt, baggy jodhpur-like pants and white boots running beneath his shin as well as a blue-coloured halo floating above his head, the blue-skinned man smiled as he looked down upon us before his gaze focused on me.

“Cuu, formerly know as Cell, Majin Buu and Shin-no, the Omni-King Grand Zeno has asked for you to come to his castle.”

“…Say what?”

A/N: …Cliffhanger?…

Eh, we'll take it. Sorry for the late upload, but I'm suffering from a flu, cold and stomach bug combo so I've been stuck in the toilet for most of today on top of work and writing this.

Anyway, Cuu has his new power unlocked, Champa has visited because he thinks Beerus wants to kill him for some weird reason and…we're meeting Zeno? Oh, o-okay, that's happening, I guess.
