The Brazo Derecha el Gigante formed on Chad's right arm as he spun around, blocking the storm of metallic orbs that tried to hit Riruka.

“El Directo.” Shifting the Brazo Derecha el Gigante into its offensive form while condensing the kinetic energy from the attack he took at the same time, Chad swung his fist and unleashed a blast of spiritual energy that carved through the hideout.

The spheres quickly condensed in the path of his attack and blocked it off, Chad frowning as he saw the stocky muscular man in a dark grey tank-top with orange hair styled into a mohawk landing besides the smiling Jin.

He was not the only one as X-Cution soon found themselves surrounded by numerous other figures, Kugo frowning as he looked at his amused brother.

“What the hell is this, Jin?”

“Oh, were you not listening? It's like I said. I came here for your soul.”

“Why? What reason would you have for my soul?”

“And why would I tell you what reason I have? Just come quietly and no one has to get hurt. After all, you're the reason my father is gone.”

“He was my father just as much as he was yours, Jin.” Kugo answered as he pointed the Cross of Scaffold at his former brother and Chad frowned as he saw Jin's smile disappearing when a glare took its place.

“You have no right to call him your father! Because of you becoming a Shinigami, you brought the attention of the Gotei 13 to us! That was not why we allowed you to train with us!”

“You?! Last I checked, Koga and Dad trained me, not you! You were just as useless as I was! Let me remember, who was knocked out by a Shinigami and was saved by yours truly? Here's a hint, Koga is one of them.”

“Enough of this! Kugo, if you have any love left for your father, you will come with us and you will give us your soul.” Kugo was surprised as Koga cut into their discussion and even more surprised at his former caretaker's words.

“Like I asked, why would I do that? Have you fucking bloodsuckers finally decided that you want to eat my soul? Well, you can't fucking have it.”

“Even if Lord Kariya would come back as a result of you doing so?” Koga asked, Kugo stopping his swing as Chad frowned.

“…Koga, I don't want to kill you, but do not take me for a fool.”

“I am not. Kugo, we-!”

“Koga, be quiet.” Jin cut in, making Koga frown before he nodded as Kugo turned his glare to his former brother.

“Tell me what he meant by bringing Dad back, Jin.” Kugo demanded and Jin looked at him before responding.

“Ever since Dad was taken by the Shinigami, I have been researching on how to get him back and I have found a way to do so. However, it requires the soul of a Fullbringer and the life of a Bount. Koga has already agreed to be the sacrifice so now we need the Fullbringer soul.”

“And I'm guessing it can't be just any Fullbringer, can it? It has to be one that was close to the one you want to bring back.” Kugo said with a knowing glare, to which Jin scoffed before crossing his arms.

“I have had enough of your delays. Bounts, you have one order. Take out Kugo's gang of mediocre bastards. Kill them if possible, but make sure they do not interfere.”

“La Muerte!” The Brazo Izquierda del Diablo formed around Chad's left arm as he clawed at his face, forming his Hollow mask and surprising the Bounts before the teen let out a monstrous roar.

“Xcution! We have one goal! Kick the shit out of the bastards that think they can come fuck up our base!”

“Gladly!” Jackie growled as she rushed at her target, to which the long-haired woman simply smiled as the fan in her right hand turned into a jian while the one in her left formed blades at its edges.

Giriko was quick to rush at the only other older gentleman of the group, who frowned before the flooring below him took the form of a whale-like creature that sunk into the ground.

“Oi! Get back here!” Riruka shouted as she charged after the grinning twins that hopped out of the complex, Yukio rolling his eyes with a groan before hopping out after her.

“Moe, there is another hidden in the apartment complex across the street. Take care of them.”

“You sure you don't need my help, Mr. Tsukishima?” Moe asked and Tsukishima simply shook his head while turning his bookmark into its sword form.

“No. Now go.” Tsukishima answered, hearing Moe move away before focusing his gaze on the two Bounts and one lone Shinigami in front of him.

Chad frowned as he stared down his opponent, who was frowning as well as the hundreds of metallic spheres floating around him gathered at his side.

The teen watched as the spheres soon began to take the form of a metallic humanoid with narrow eyes, small spherical protrusions on its head that resembled hair and numerous spheres attached to its waist, hips, legs and torso.

“Go.” Koga spoke and Chad quickly raised the Brazo Derecha el Gigante as the humanoid shot forward, throwing a punch that impacted his arm and made the ground under them crack.

Surprising Koga as the teen pushed the metallic arm to the side while throwing his own, the air rippled as the Brazo Izquierda del Diablo impacted the humaoid and knocked it into the street.

However, his eyes widened as Koga appeared in front of him, leaning back from the punch thrown at his head before swinging his right arm at the man's side.

Koga moved in and grabbed his arm before the punch could land, spinning and throwing Chad out onto the street before the teen spun around in the air and landed with a grunt.

Feeling something approaching from behind, Chad spun around and blocked the punch from the humanoid, lifting it up and slamming it onto the ground before throwing it into the air.

What he did not expect was for it to disperse into numerous metallic spheres that also froze midair, most of them gathering outside the hole in the wall as Koga walked out and onto the spheres below his feet.

“You must be the unique Fullbringer we've been told about by Ugaki.” Koga spoke with a frown as he landed, but Chad didn't answer as he simply rolled his wrists with a frown.

“I know it is not my place to interfere, but you will not be taking Kugo away from here.”

“Would you let someone say that to you when you could bring an old friend back? A friend that deserved to see his son all grown up?”

“If it costs me another boy that I saw as my son, then I wouldn't. I'd rather be dead while knowing that the both of them are doing the best that they can.” Chad spoke and Koga looked at him before shaking his head.

“Then you do not understand. Come, young Fullbringer. At least I will give you a death worthy of a warrior.” Without wasting a second, Chad rushed in, ducking and weaving around the metallic spheres trying to hit him.

Throwing the first punch, his Reiatsu and Koga's exploded outwards as the man blocked his attack, Chad frowning as he saw the reishi in the air gathering at Koga's free hand.

The Brazo Derecha el Gigante shifted into its defensive form right as Chad blocked the punch thrown at his head, a bit surprised at how it was making his arm tremble before hissing as a spark of burning pain came from the impact and knocked him back.

Quickly shifting the Brazo Derecha el Gigante back to offense while ducking under the high kick aimed at his head, Chad grabbed the outstretched leg before swinging the man around.

With a grunt, Koga was swung over his head and into the ground, but Chad frowned when the metallic spheres turned into a liquid form and caught the man right before his impact.

Hopping back while going back into his stance, the teen watched as Koga slowly stood up with a deep breath while the metallic spheres formed back into its humanoid form.

Chad narrowed his eyes as it had reformed faster this time, its body layered with Koga's Reiatsu now while the man in question stood besides it with his arms behind its back.

“You adapt quickly, but so do I.” Chad grunted as he flexed both arms, the Brazo Derecha el Gigante and the Brazo Izquierda del Diablo surging with his Reiatsu and Koga frowned at the move.

“Adaptation is not enough. You fight with resolve, but you do not fight with a purpose. That's what separate you from me.”

“No, I fight for the living, the man that taught me all that I know. That's what separate me from you.” Without warning, the metallic humanoid launched forward, spiritual energy gathering at its feet as it zigzagged through the air.

Chad didn't flinch as he pivoted the moment it got within striking range, ducking under a high-speed jab before countering with El Directo, sending out a blast of spiritual energy that caught the humanoid across the chest.

The explosion from the impact sent smoke scattering, but Chad didn't stop. He lunged in with the Brazo Izquierda del Diablo flowing with spiritual energy and punched through the smoke cloud only for Koga to parry the blow to the side.

Chad's eyes widened as he saw the man parrying his blow with an axe made out of the same metal that the humanoid was and a shockwave rippled outwards from their clash that sent both of them skidding back.

'So, he can also make that humanoid into an axe?' Chad thought with a frown as he dug his boots into the ground, slowly coming to a stop while watching as Koga did the exact same.

Watching as Koga rolled his shoulders and his eyes narrowing, neither of them said anything before their heads turned as the building to the left exploded outwards.

The woman that was facing Jackie grunted as she landed hard before rolling over to her feet, steadying herself with a groan as a glaring Jackie walked out of the rubble while covered in dust, grime and blood.

“Come on~ Weren't you going to turn me into minced meat?” Jackie asked with a mocking smile as she rushed at the woman, who glared as she swung out her fan and shot out a flurry of blades.

“Oh, don't you worry, bitch. You're going to be dead in just a second!”

“Ms. Jackie! Please keep your battles elsewhere!” Giriko asked as he hopped across the destroyed building just in time as the gigantic whale creature erupted from the ground and missed swallowing him.

“Gah! I'll keep that in mind! When I'm trying not to die!” Jackie grunted as she kicked upwards and unleashed a wave of wind that pushed the woman back.

Chad frowned as he saw everyone struggling against their foe before turning back to Koga who held his axe at the ready before the man rushed forward.

Feinting a right hook with the Brazo Derecha el Gigante, Chad twisted as Koga went to block it before shifting his weight and landing a harsh blow to Koga's ribs with the Brazo Izquierda del Diablo.

The man's eyes widened as he was sent flying through a truck and out the other side, Chad frowning as he went to attack only to stop with wide eyes as he slowly turned to see a wind blade slicing through the air towards his neck.

“Funnel!” However, a tornado slammed into the ground around him and cancelled out the wind funnel, Chad frowning as Kugo landed in between him and Jin who had a metallic sword hilt encasing his right hand.

“Chad, can I ask one thing?”

“That depends. Are you going to ask me to fight both of them?” Chad asked and Kugo chuckled at his attempt at a joke while Koga climbed out of the rubble with a frown.

“No. I've already asked the others, but could you try to not kill Koga? If you can't, I'll understand?”

“Does that mean you're going to spare Jin?” Chad asked and nodded as Kugo didn't answer, simply clenching his fists as he watched the man hold his axe back.

“Got it. I'll try my best.”

“That's all I ask.” Kugo spoke before grunting as he leapt through the air, the wind gathering beneath his feet and helping him slide through the air as Jin launched himself at his former brother.

Koga on the other hand did the same as he rushed at Chad and the teen shifted the Brazo Derecha el Gigante with a grunt, his human-hollow Reiatsu surging and blocking the burning, stabbing pain he felt from the clash.

Pushing the man back before ducking under the swing at his head, Chad frowned as he caught sight of the necklace around the man's neck, catching the axe and pulling him in before reaching forward and tearing it off.

A hiss escaped his lips as the necklace burned him before Koga kicked him back. The kick sent the teen rolling before he flipped over to his feet, but a frown was on his face as he watched the man tie the Quincy bangle back around his neck.

“Where did you find it?” Chad asked, his frown deepening as the man just stared at him before the reishi in the air gathered around his axe.

The axe-wielder charged in, throwing his axe up while lashing out with a spinning hook that Chad dodged under. He went to counter with a right hook only for the humanoid to push his arm down with a stomp.

Watching as Koga caught the axe the humanoid threw at him, Chad ripped his arm free and leaned back right as the swing missed his head. Kicking outwards with his leg to stop the humanoid's punch, Chad slipped past the downwards slash from Koga before unleashing an El Directo from the Brazo Derecha el Gigante.

He was surprised though as the humanoid stomped down on the blast, quickly lifting his arm and grunting as it redirected the blast back at him.

Chad quickly moved out of the way before blocking the slash from Koga, pulling him in and lashing out with a hook to his side before the man kicked him back and swung his axe down.

Catching the axe by its blade, Chad unleashed a La Muerte into the weapon itself and Koga's eyes widened as he quickly let go, watching the corrosive Hollow Reiatsu devour the blade from the inside out.

“Dalk, let it go!” Koga exclaimed and Chad watched as the humanoid didn't try to reform the blade and left it to be destroyed.

It was just at that moment that his mask shattered, fragments dropping to the floor as Chad pulled up his Status screen and grimaced at the cooldown.

'Ten minutes. Hah, looks like I still need some training with Hollowfication.'

“Looks like you're starting to fall apart.” Koga spoke with a knowing smirk and Chad smiled as he watched Dalk falling to its knees while his spiritual energy rippled across his body.

“I could say the same for your Dalk. So, looks like it's just you and me.” Chad said with a smile as he lifted his fists and Koga frowned as he raised his hand to the side and dispersed Dalk.

The metallic being turned back into its marble form and pushed away all foreign energy from its body. Koga then pulled the sphere to his hand before Chad frowned as the man turned the sphere into an axe and pointed it at him.

“This will be our last bout. Prepare yourself to die.” Koga spoke as he held his axe in both hands and to the side, the teen holding his fists up as his Reiatsu surged around his body.

The next moment, both vanished and appeared in front of each other as Chad swung the Brazo Derecha el Gigante while Koga swung his axe before an explosion billowed outwards.

A/N: And here we go!! Like I said, this is more of a filler/ quick arc that I just wanted to do. Not even sure how this will connect to the main story, but we'll find a way.

Also, sorry for the late upload, but I got home at 10pm last night, worked until midnight. Then, I woke up this morning, found out what I wrote is nothing but a garbled mess before I began all over again.

Anyway, next chapter: The end of Soul Suckers vs Soul Manipulators.
