Please check if you're using the latest official steam release and not the beta or a pirated older copy, then check if you see errors in the igcsclient's log tab.

I downloaded the camera but certain features are unavailable like pausing the game and disabling HUD is it the camera or the game? I had everything working before the update but I got a new computer so I had to reinstall it and now like I said certain features don't work. I'm running beta version do I have to run the normal one for all the other features to work?

In latest versions of the game, RE3_CameraTools_v107 works fine. But Mods (Outfits or Skins) are not working. So I set it to dx11_non-rt in beta settings on Steam, Mods work fine in this version but RE3_CameraTools_v107 is not working properly. I apologize for my poor English. I hope you understand.

that's weird, I have the latest version from steam, not beta and it works fine? The 'beta' is the older version of the game I think. (without d3d12).

That's too bad, but I didn't use the illegal version. I just changed the settings from steam setup to beta. Because the latest version doesn't work with the mod.

If there was a chance I'd have answered 'yes', but no, I don't distribute versions for older game versions because if one has the official version from steam you need the latest version.

I don't distribute older versions, as the latest version works with the latest official game release. Older versions ore usually requested by people who don't use the latest game version.
