Starry, Sorry you saw my quick comment as criticism. I could have worded it more tactfully, but didn't, and understand you're looking out for Charon amidst criticism and that's great! Nothing but love to you too Charon, you're a great creator and I love your work, which is why I'm here! I should also say it would be totally unfair for me or others to be upset if what Charon made wasn't male or female, we're here to help sponsor Charon's interest in art! It is a relationship of give and take and that is good, and all I meant by my comment was that as one of Charon's patrons giving some input I am only interested in male stuff. If that's not something Charon wants to do, that's ok, I might back out, might not, but it I am not being critical. Cheers ~Gerwulf

Charon2, I hope I didn't come off too harsh with my feedback. I am definitely looking forward to seeing more of your work. You do excellent animations and "A Growing Concern" was definitely one I wanted to see more of... or other variations of it. I think providing a poll like this is good for future projects to work on. Or you could solicit ideas from fans and then put out a poll on the ones you find most interesting. :)

I didn’t tell them to leave because of their exclusive interest in males. I told them to leave because their attitude towards the situation doesn’t help Charon at all. He’s already dealing with the harsh criticism he didn’t deserve, and adding fuel to that fire doesn’t put it out. Watching something and not enjoying it is one thing, but publicly outing that you don’t care about the artist’s work outside of the male content is wrong.

I don't think it's helpful to tell other patrons to leave just because they're only into guys. It may be helpful to have a poll to keep track of what folks are into gender-wise though. I do hope that the reaction to AWDTS doesn't discourage Charon from making more female stuff in the future.
