Aerial shoulder mount with 1 straight leg
Added 2024-07-04 09:43:43 +0000 UTCThis was at the end of class so it’s not as good as my earlier attempts but it’s the first time I’ve ever been able to aerial shoulder mount with 1 straight leg!! Normally both knees are bent to get up so I’m getting there 🥹
