Edgework sequence
Added 2024-03-26 23:00:04 +0000 UTCI’ve been doing some online classes with one of my favourite pole dancers that lives in another country and it’s been incredible! This is a mini routine we learnt at the end of week 2 after heaps of conditioning and drills. It’s so tricky and it isn’t coming natural but I looooove working on it and will continue to challenge myself 🥰
