Hello everyone 🤗

I know it’s been a little while since my last post, but I’ve been working hard on a new CC piece. I ran into a tricky technical issue that took some time to resolve, but it’s finally fixed! 🙏🥳🥳

Here’s a preview of the progress so far: the first image shows the issue I was struggling with (strange lighting and shadow problems)

and the second image shows the corrected version where everything now works perfectly—even when placing multiple cabinets side by side! The textures aren’t final yet, but the main technical challenge is behind me.

I’m making great progress on this upcoming CC! I've just finished creating 15 swatches for it, giving plenty of options to fit different styles. 😍

Now, I just need to test everything in-game to make sure it all works perfectly. If all goes well, I'll move on to the final presentation shots, and then… you'll finally be able to get your hands on it! 🔥

Quick heads-up: there's a new issue I just discovered with this item. It works perfectly as a bookshelf as long as it's empty — but once you place a decoration inside, Sims can no longer use the bookshelf interaction 😬

I'm still sharing the file with you as-is while I investigate the problem. I might end up removing the bookshelf functionality altogether if I can’t find a proper fix.
