German gingerbread: When making dough, you add honey, sugar and rye flour to it. Then when the dough is kneaded, you add Cinnamon, Mace, Carnation, Coriander and Ginger. There's a video on Youtube about how its made in Germany, if you could want I can share with you, I just don't bcs I don't want to spam here.
