Hope you could do a German Gingerbread that we call Lebkuchen and its made with honey ginger, and there are videos on Youtube on how they prepare gingerbread in a factory. It's neither sweet nor bitter, it's right in the middle. It's the tastiest thing I've ever eaten. Kind Regards - Lucia
