Added 2025-06-17 19:07:22 +0000 UTCEvery time I have to draw something I've never drawn before, it's a new challenge. This time it was egg cartons. Unless you're making a comic about chickens, there's not usually much reason to draw egg cartons.

There is a school in Japan where they teach chick sexing; given that this is a vital skill in the poultry industry, alumni can command extremely high salaries - which means small operations can't afford them, or can't afford skilled chick sexers and as a result end up selling duds, ie, cocks. (Yes, I'm British; I don't share the American fixation with the euphemistic meaning of "cock". Come on guys, grow up and get your minds out of the gutter! *eyeroll*)
