Added 2018-01-05 13:32:55 +0000 UTCA little earlier than usual this week due to a planned Internet outage that will be keeping me offline for the entire weekend. I... don't think I've gone a weekend without the Internet in, seriously, like twenty years now. I'm already getting twitchy and it hasn't even started yet.

Thanks, Jacob. I never saw any error on my end and it clicked through just fine when I posted it. Perhaps a temporary error that got fixed on WP's end! I appreciate the status updates.

2018-01-05 17:11:48 +0000 UTCWhen I click on the link, I get: wp.wordpress.com doesn’t exist The address wp.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Site name must be at least 4 characters. But you can sign up and choose another one. I also get that error when I click on links in older updates, which I know used to work, so I guess something weird is going on with wordpress.
