Kirk Lazarus, himself playing Lincoln Osiris, in the excellent but terribly offensive "Tropic Thunder." Not the case here; Berenice Jones is definitely of African descent. She's merely glommed onto the Blaxploitation Myth as part of her individual brand of crazy. --Jeff

2015-06-08 17:31:00 +0000 UTCAfter this, I don't know whether Ms. Jones is black or not. Reminds me of the character played by Robert Downey Junior in a movie whose name I can't remember offhand. He played an actor, never breaking character, who was playing a guy fresh out of the projects in 1968---the only problem being he knew squat about it all.
