Animation Poll

Hi!

Originally there were going to be no animations and that grew to a couple rare ones here and there. With the latest changes, animations will be more common in the game.

The resources for this are still limited and lower priority than graphics in general but the time and cost per animation has dropped quite a bit with the new AI systems I have so I need to determine what items get animation priority.

The only thing I don’t know how to do is get animated sprites to function and that is probably at least a slight hassle but I’ve seen enough games with it I doubt it is that hard to implement. They are not currently intended to be added to Transfigure unless people really desire it or I figure out how to easily add it.

I will look into testing it for implementation in future games and maybe in Transfigure on my Music Monday that I have also converted into kind of an R&D day to continue advancing Tango Fiction’s capabilities and smoothing some of the rough edges while still focusing primarily on production.

I have included two new animation examples in this post.
