6 month anniversary Transfigure update

The new version is out for patrons! Hurrah! Wooo! Transfigure celebrates 6 months of life!  That is longer than the lifespan of thousands of creatures!

We now have a VERY meaty word count, about 230,000 in game.  Including all my notes and in development work Transfigure is over 400,000 words - For reference, a huge ass book like Game of Thrones that could possibly be used to bludgeon someone to death is less than 300k.  I have put around ~2500 hours into the project and earned less than $900 so far.  Some of those stats are definitely more impressive than others but the project is still growing and so is the following.

My personal reaction is a tad mixed.  I am proud of the progress and writing but disappointed with the commercial appeal of the project.  I was hoping to win people over with just text but I might need some more glamour... but I will just keep chugging ahead until I complete the core routes or die of exposure :P

I am pretty sure I have met or exceeded my 40k goal for this summer, which is good.  I have not met my patron goal for the summer though (I was aiming for 150) which is a bit of a bummer.  I was making good progress but patreon's credit card purge really seemed to dent that momentum.  Oh well.  Maybe the new route will appeal to more people.

This update squeezed me like a lemon though and took about twice as long as I was expecting.  To be honest I feel a bit drained and am now pretty far behind on my other work.  I still didn't get to end where I wanted to but I made it pretty close and I tried my best... I am ALMOST to the "good" content.  I just can't imagine disappointing my readers.

In other news I got a hold of our new fan fic story by L and holy fuck is it huge!  The first batch is at least 20k words and needs less editing than I would have thought given it is a translated fan fic.  It contains a lot of media as well, a lot of xxx content, sounds, music etc... all in neatly organized folders that makes my /Images folder look very disorganized... because it is.  She clearly put a huge amount of effort into writing and setting up all this.  I don't really have time to go through all of it now but this story will definitely appear in upcoming months.  Mitch fans rejoice.

The last thing I will mention is just a brief reminder that I have a director slot open for $50.  You can pick a scene or a character/ route to get updated and make sure your favorites don't get neglected! Plus I am always willing to incorporate some preferred themes or elements if it is feasible. 

Thanks again for all your encouragement everyone!  As a general note: Comments and such are worth just as much as dollars to creators so be vocal!

Dr. Bloom reveals some initial discoveries about Taylor’s condition and puts a plan into motion.  Taylor meets a mysterious babe and narrowly avoids his first transformation.  Taylor and Drew go out on a date at a spooky abandoned hospital.  Tailor made Taylor maid returns and Taylor gets a “taste” of Drew’s fetish.  This update is not for the faint of heart o.o (as always several vids have sound, you can right click to unmute)
