Q: Where the heck is Transfigure set?

A: I wrote it (at least at first) to be somewhat ambiguous so that readers could use an element of their own imagination to fill in the blanks, (ie make it set in their home country).  With a global world/ readership base I think it could be conceivably set in many areas in Canada, the US and UK/Europe.

However, it probably makes most sense that Transfigure is set somewhere in the US along the Rockies in a state like Colorado or perhaps in British Columbia or the UK.  Over time that placement in the US might become more likely.  I can't remember in what context I mentioned "the President" or if I even have at all.  Just those sort of comments may break immersion and I am trying to be mindful of them.

Our new potential author (who I will call L for now) set her story on a Spanish island... which I will probably change to a generic "rich kid party island" instead of something that locks in a location.

I have also (so far) left the university town unnamed that most of the game takes place around.  I will probably give it some neutral name.  If anyone has a placid name suggestion feel free to drop a comment.

In other news, I expect to get at least part of this Transfigure fanfic thing over the weekend.  Hopefully it just needs a bit of editing and I can add it in an August update.

Bonus: vivid orgasms written by a real guuurl instead of just a pervy guy who has made a lot of them cum while taking notes.

Progress wise, I am still working on Damien's route with some other random additions.  I also started making a detailed walkthrough I plan to add as an eventual perk for pledgers.

I also changed some of the variables around to make it more structured for the mid/late game.  I ended up breaking a whole bunch of stuff and then I updated a bunch of the code to make a lot more sense and make the future transformations easier and leave open a way for future add ons like a statistic screen or something along those lines. (The way I had it coded I had to make Taylor into a boy in order to turn him into a different girl, it was really weird.)

I updated a random short story from the treasure trove involving a "dirty old man" and it probably only needs a few more hours to make a complete alt/bad end.

I also started on Drew's abandoned building date scene but it was way 2spooky4me.  I ended up watching youtube videos of abandoned hospitals and having nightmares, so thanks a lot everyone that voted for that!

Also as a side note, during August I am probably going to do a 1-2 week trip but I will still make sure I get my planned updates out before I head out (if I end up going).

The last thing I will mention is I will probably draw the favorite scene winner tonight so dinga ling dinga ling! That is the bell for last call.
