The Distant Future
Added 2018-06-03 03:30:56 +0000 UTCFor those that are new, I mentioned a couple months ago that I have several partially complete old stories that could be updated and twined into a game. (Go back and read the "Lost Treasure" post for more information). I have two more solid TF games within that content outlined and the rest I have added/will add to Transfigure. The other two projects will be a fraction of the length and complexity of Transfigure and I don't plan on working on them regularly until I feel like it/ have the bulk of my Transfigure stories in place.
So what's this post about? Well... I outlined another project and this one is really cool! As I fleshed out the outline I was like, "Yes! This is what the internet wants!"
The new project is essentially "Good Girls Gone Bad - Apocalypse Survival Version." I really enjoyed that horribly incomplete "Survivor" game on tfgs too. I think adding the backdrop of doom, desperation, and survival at all costs adds a profoundly interesting element to the standard corruption narratives. It isn't just a few bad decisions snowballing - it is a constant life or death struggle that is wreaking havoc amongst the people and their internal characters. Will our hero/heroine survive with their morals and integrity intact? Not without a lot of hard work... and luck.
Since I now am more familiar with how to code and write these kind of stories, the 2 page outline I did is way more fleshed out than what I started with for Transfigure. This game will probably include combat and inventory management and exploration along with a few transformation themes so I can still post on tfgs. I am even considering a custom start (dif stats/specialization) so that players can have even more freedom. So, at the moment, I think the plan is to have a main female protagonist (default) or the player can play as a male or a male that is TFed. Some of the endings I envisioned are way better than Walking Dead et al. This is a huge project that will probably take a couple years. I imagine this will be my primary project once Transfigure is finished... whenever that is. Transfigure keeps growing so much that it might never end :O
I just wanted to let everyone know that I have enough ideas and concepts to work full time writing for many years. Tango Fiction will survive! Don't worry about Transfigure - I have written a lot of non erotic story content the past week in an effort to get to some of the hottest scenes.
Thanks for sticking with me everyone. Hopefully I can keep you entertained for years to come :D
P.S. New update was "done" but when I went to add the final few passages I realized an important scene appears after the mid point - meaning I have to complete Taylor and Julie's shopping scene first... or leave it blank which I don't want to do. The shopping scene is fairly complicated since I want the choices to be remembered and influence certain later scenes (and also update into a new "appearance" tab) - so it might take me a few days to get working correctly. I am fairly certain that I know how to do this :P
Have a great weekend everyone!
