Enid's ears go up, her tail swinging from side to side with excitement.
"Ah, it was such a long time ago. My creator gave me the task of helping the new achimencey of the human world with their mission. It was my duty to instruct them in every way possible."
RG chuckles.
"And it seems we formed quite the strong bond from the very first moment, didn't we?" the achimencey asks with a gentle smile.
"Yes... You were just created, only a weak baby. Fragile still. I thought it was silly of Abora to have summoned me when you couldn't even walk yet. What was I going to do with you if I had to wait years until you could be able to pick up a weapon?" Enid's tone turns pensive, lost in thought. Her ears flatten and her whiskers drop along with her head. "But when I saw you, sleeping on your crib, looking so peaceful, so safe... What I felt was so-"
The otter frowns suddenly. Enid closes her eyes shut as she grabs her head with a wince. Her sharp fangs show with a pained groan.
"Enid?"
RG's brow creases with worry. The achimencey leans closer to the celestial spirit and rests their hand on her back, making soothing motions over her fur. Enid blinks a few times, the frown easing slowly until it disappears. All that's left reflecting on the otter's face is genuine confusion.
"I... don't know what came over me," she says with a shake of her head, and rubs her eyes. She then flashes another smile. "Apologies mortals, it was just a slight headache. Where were we?"
Whatever happened, it looks like she's okay now, although RG's worried expression doesn't leave.
