Freelance coloring

I'm coloring more stuff for a friend and these are the first pieces from some big project apparently. They're super heroes based on people that work at a company, I think... He does a lot of corporate stuff like this.
I'm not sure if the company will like the colors/treatment I've done... we'll see if I have notes on them soon.
Again, I didn't draw these... just did all of the colors.

I have no idea what's going on with the references in these. I'm just the hired monkey that colors them.
