Completely agree with you! And I've subscribed on and off to a bunch of different Patreon accounts over the years. In terms of both price alone and amount of content C&R is by far the most convenient. I pay more for Youtube Premium alone. I don't understand why people's immediate reaction is sometimes to act entitled rather than be curious and try and subscribe even for only a month to see what it's all about. This kind of content is exactly how someone might finally take the decision to join the Patreon community long-term. This is a business after all, not a charity case

Hi, I’m Dhea from Indonesia! I just wanted to share my thoughts on the whole “this should be on YouTube” debate that’s been going around on Instagram chatandreact. For me… while their opinion is valid, I still don’t agree that regular videos like this should go on YouTube. Why? Because aside from what Bonny and Emily said—YouTube is mainly where they focus on music content (and honestly, they’ve never just posted plain, random videos there. They always put a lot of effort into editing and try to get things out to us quickly. If I’m not mistaken, even the album reaction videos usually go up on YouTube first before the extended versions drop on Patreon, right? CMIIW). Another reason is that once regular content like this gets uploaded to YouTube, I really don’t want to see their videos being clipped, cut up, and thrown onto Twitter with all sorts of bad narratives around them. I’m not being dramatic, but sometimes “muggles” don’t understand the context or the natural way Bonny and Emily talk/joke around, so I’d rather it stay off YouTube. In my opinion, subscribing to Patreon isn’t mandatory. But if someone’s that curious, then just subscribe. Honestly, I live in Indonesia and the monthly fee here is about the same as eating out at a decent café, or about the same as my two-month Netflix subscription. And I still do it—because I want to support them, and I actually enjoy their random posts here. That’s what makes this platform special. If it were no different from YouTube, then what’s the point? If people want to see more reactions to TNT’s engagement, there’s plenty of content on TikTok and YouTube—tons of creators are posting. Plus, whenever Bonny and Emily talk about it again on YouTube, they usually include the clips anyway. Watching their reactions to Taylor news isn’t a life-or-death necessity, so let’s all just chill. I've still been trying to process this info for like 13 hours now. I still can't believe Taylor Swift is engaged 😭😭 And she didn't even say engaged in the caption, she said her ass is getting MARRIED lmao. It doesn't feel real and yet, at the same time, so many of us knew this was coming. Like, I could just feel it in my soul that he was her person. I also sometimes think back to some video here on the patreon, I can't for the life of me remember which one it was, but I have a vivid memory of Bonny quietly saying, "She's marrying him..." And now here we are. I also think the time frame is good. I feel like some people don't factor into this that Taylor and Travis aren't normal people, they're celebrities. So their lives are a bit different from ours. Some people act too concerned about how their first year was spent largely apart. But Taylor is still going to tour in the future, they're both still going to be busy in their lives from time to time. It's just as important to know that their relationship can survive during those times as it is to know how they function together with no distractions. I can really see Taylor having a fall wedding. So maybe it would be next year? Would depend on when Travis plans on retiring or not given the football season starts round about this time of year and runs for a few months - my bf works in sports journalism and he thinks Travis probably would retire after this season given he's 35 now. I also do think Taylor wants kids, the only reason I say that is because she referenced in the podcast that if she never owned her masters for her first 6 albums, that someone some day would be passing them down to their children in their will, which is crazy. I think it's important for her to pass down her legacy. She also references her intrusive thoughts/fears of how her children would act at her will reading once she's passed in Anti-Hero. That's just my two cents, personally I have no interest in having children so I'm not pushing that narrative onto her, it's just what I've noticed 🤗 so happy for them. I’m really on team ‘when you know you know’ and I think if you haven’t experienced that feeling yet it’s sooo hard to comprehend. But timelines and all the sensible stuff just goes out of the window anyway! I was pregnant within 3 months with my partner (arguably a much bigger commitment than getting married!) and I wasn’t worried about it at all, which looking in from the outside I’d have probably judged. We’d already spoken about marriage and spending the rest of our lives together at that point though, because we truly did just KNOW.

I live about an hour and a half from KC and Travis does not have a house in Lees Summit, the house is in Leawood, Kansas. Both are KC suburbs, just different sides of the state line. I’m so excited for her. She’s going to enter a new era. Husband and kids (probably). She will continue to write and put out music. But I think Taylor is going to explore other aspects of entertainment. Directing, producing, songwriting for others. I know a lot of fans are worried Taylor is going to go away and retire. They got engaged August 10th I believe, literally right after the podcast pretty much @ their backyard according to sb who was in the planning. Everything was getting set up while recording the pod 😭. I once did a dance gig for a wedding in an Italian castle and honestly… that is the vibe I can imagine for theirs. Just gorgeous.
