In the ATW10 short film there are dancing scenes that take could take place in an “upstate escape”. Upstate refers to the rest of New York State that is not NYC.

It was just easier & cheaper to build a stadium in Jersey. Which is also part of the reason there is a stadium in Santa Clara & not San Francisco. Although the 49ers used to play in San Francisco until 2014 (kinda down close to the airport)...the Giants & Jets have been in Jersey for a very long time.

It was where all the brothels, and illegal things occurred (duels and things) - it was in the shadow of Trinity Church the big cathedral down town. Kind of funny it was referred to as 'Holy Ground'

2023-12-11 17:29:33 +0000 UTCfor me ever since lover came out, i never thought she was being flirty in the pre-choruses of false god. especially the way she sounds when she sings it on the recording. there's anger to it. that is the point of the lover album. different facets of love. the good and the ugly. for me false god is like there will be good times and bad, but you still love each other and you have to believe the relationship will last through those bad moments. when you're in a relationship, you don't know how long it will last. you hope that it will last forever, but you don't truly know. that's the blind faith i feel she is talking about.

So, A long time ago really could mean anything imo. A long time ago to me could be 3 yrs ago or 30 yrs ago. So, I still dunno if it’s really about Jake or that the feelings are more mature, like when you are older and more mature. But, it really could be anyone. It’s also the screwtop cheap ass rose. Even in the short film he’s there drinking wine with his friends but it seems like a nice sophisticated dinner, not a cheap take out you do when you are 20 yrs old. I feel as if Karma and Rep are soooo linked and that possibly she will touch on her 'lost album' in the Rep Vault tracks and that all the karma easter eggs are actually just easter eggs for Rep TV and hinting at what will be touched on in the rerecording - aka that a heavy emphasis will be placed on karma, both the concept and the lost album. Just a thought as I am struggling to see her release a new album and rep tv around the same time. I also feel like maybe all the references to karma is just maybe her way of linking all her success to her good karma, like everytime she reaches a new height she cheekily throws in something karma related. I will however say that all the 11 references are a bit suspicious but could also just be coincidental???

ALSO for night 3 i literally sobbed all throughout clean because that song means the absolute world to me. genuinely best two nights of my entire life.

2023-12-11 03:39:23 +0000 UTCThe only reason I think Maroon could be about Harry is because of the lyric “mark they saw on my collarbone” - Taylor was pictured with fans with a hickey (on her literal collarbone) when her and Harry were dating. My other thing is “that’s a real fucking legacy to leave” reminds me of Suburban Legends and “national treasures” because they left such a mark on pop culture. AND Maroon is a deeper version of red, meaning she could have had a deeper connection/love for Harry than she did Jake. I’m not fully convinced myself but there’s def an argument for it!

So technically, she does do it in the recorded song, it's just in the backing vocals. :)

There is a great interview Paul did with his eldest daughter Mary about the time after the Beatles when he basically had no money because it was tied up in the legal battle over the end of the band. I highly recommend viewing as he tells fascinating stories about their time touring together in Wings. I could very well see this song be something Taylor wrote about Him and Linda much in the way she wrote Starlight for Ethel Kennedy. Both of them had lost that person as well as Bobby Kennedy was assassinated and Linda died from breast cancer.

We went from one of seriously the greatest highlights ever (and it involved Travis) to being incredibly annoyed that his team mate doesn't know how to line up correctly. Anyway, N1 at MetLife was one of the most memorable shows we've had. Especially if we include getting YLM earlier in the day. Too much goodness.

2023-12-11 01:57:04 +0000 UTCyou know, i was absolutely determined to be at night 2 (for a multitude of reasons) and was scanning resale sites for weeks trying to find a decent deal. finally found a ticket and snatched it up before looking at the date, later realizing it was actually for night 1. frustrated, a few weeks later i put my ticket up for resale so i could replace it with a night 2. and then spent another few weeks looking for a new ticket. one morning, i see a decently priced ticket pop up so i snatched it up quickly again. only to later realize - i had done it again! bought it for night 1 again by accident. at that point i was just like, OK i’m taking this as a sign from the universe; i’m meant to go to night 1. i cannot express to you how i feel about maroon - it is my favorite song of all time. and in no universe did i think she’d play it. didn’t even cross my mind. i was certain we’d get WTNY, it wasn’t even a question in mind. but i spent that whole morning blasting maroon and literally texting my best friend how sad i was that it’s not on the setlist cause all i want is to scream that in a stadium. i had her on the phone with me during the concert & when taylor said the words “it’s a song that took place in new york” we both completely exploded. i felt like i was sent into another dimension 😂. my apple watch literally immediately alerted me that my heart rate had skyrocketed. with that and you’re losing me & jack & getaway car all on the same day….. i mean… when taylor first announced the tour i was like: i must attend so many of these shows in order to get my fill. but after that night i literally felt SO fulfilled that i’m actually good now haha. nothing can top it. i wish that kind of feeling for everyone! <333
