It’s a term that’s usually included in a contract provision about terminating a contract, or canceling a provision of the contract with no-fault. Yes OMG so superior! This reaction and this f***ing article are iconic! The best article about her I have ever read. So, about the lyric “Take these broken wings and learn to fly”. I’ve always thought this was her favorite Beatles song. She mentioned it years ago about seeing Paul McCartney live, when she was young, and that seeing him play this song live was “live changing” or something dramatic like that. This statement told me that it’s either her favorite Beatles song or one of them. To me, because of this, I always interpreted her cutting the wing off the Reputation plane in LWYMMD video as a reference to Blackbird and the message at that time in her life to take the broken wing and now learn to fly with it. It was and is very symbolic to me. I know she asked Paul to write a lyric for her when they did that interview together for i think Rolling Stone. I don’t know if she mentions it, but somehow I always thought that lyric he wrote down for her was the Blackbird lyric. i think it meant so much to her as a child, then it became symbolic to her during Reputation, and she asked him and he did write it down for her. It is also, like the author states, part of the narrative. I think the song perfectly describes her, in her mind, being canceled and her career being taken away from her and learning to fly again. Just like she cuts off that wing of the plane and seems to be spattered in blood overlooking her past lives. Knowing she must take the broken and lost parts of herself and learn to fly again. And the part about gathering horcruxes? I love this woman!!! Please react to the puzzle ? The needed picture put out by TIME?? It has Easter eggs in it.
