I was at Arlington TX night 1 and I’ve never been to a concert that loud, listening to the whole crowd sing every word to every song. Never experienced anything like it. It really is something special and I can’t wait for you both to fully be immersed in it and get to see and feel what some of us have already experienced. It truly is amazing being in the same arena with so many passionate fans. Y’all are going to have a blast! 🤩

Everyone in that crowd released their inner cowboy and they alllll knew that song. She picked that for them for good reason. "Debut" was HUGE in Colorado when it came out. (Trust me, I'm old enough to remember!)

I also think maybe she will do it with Haunted and BTD when that becomes a surprise song, like release those lives too, because they aren’t on the album and that gives her a chance to have people get to have them and not initially record it in a studio again, but I still think something big is coming the eras tour, it’s just so exciting because I think she would give us something like one of the 3 Bonny and Emily named at least because that would be feeding us and she knows we want it!! 🫠

I am honestly living for her pettiness and the ways she will go out of her way to make a damn point 👏👏👏👏👏 she’s incredible and people need to fathom far she’s come and how untouchable she is!

Obviously she wouldn’t include an f up song on an album so she wants to have all of them played correctly. Same situation with her playing clean again but in a different key - she wanted it to sound better for the recording.

What an incredible time we are so privileged to live in… With the Barbie movie clap back about male representation, I have been reflecting about the female gaze in cinema, and that led me to think about the female gaze in Taylor’s writing… and I think it’s an interesting construct from which to consider Taylor’s work and appeal. It’s been said before, in different ways, but viewing her music from the lens of the “female gaze” brings her work into the very CENTER of feminist art and narrative. It does so in a way that her detractors, and those who have proposed (erroneously) that she is not feminist in her thinking or her art, cannot deny. Those who don’t “get it” likely do not understand or appreciate the feminine gaze in art of other types. She is TRULY Dr. Taylor Alison Swift. We are so honored to learn more about ourselves, our culture, and our place in this world from Taylor! World-making indeed!
