Listen gals, they (same as anyone else) don't owe anybody anything when it comes to getting Eras Tour tickets. The codes were a lottery system and the fact that they pulled off getting multiple tickets is EXCITING. I also haven't been to Eras yet (Canadian Swiftie here) and I would never get mad at someone just cause they got to go multiple times and felt they somehow owed it to me to release their tickets. That's so weird and self-righteous

I’ve always interpreted Evermore to be the perfect closer to her quarantine albums and the hopeful wishful thinking of the pandemic coming to an end… she’s pleading and desperate for her to be back with her fans.. the time lines make sense “I thought this pain would be for evermore” in December (peak pandemic) and then once the pandemic is progressing and we started to get a handle on it, she’s feeling hopeful… also since Joe is a co-writer on the song… would be weird to be about him

I agree. Going to multiple shows overseas and in Australia while others couldn't score tickets for even one show is a bit tone deaf. I love these guys and obviously support them through Patreon but I missed work just so I could get online to get tickets and couldn't score any tickets across any platforms. It's heartbreaking to then see people going to more than one show.

Honestly, up till now, I never really "got" Evermore. I hadn't even really fathomed what it was about. I just found Justin's vocals jarring, in almost a Closure intro kind of way, so I never really listened to it.
