Alternative build/demo plan

As the time for a first playable build draws near, I've been trying to come up with potential issues that can arise from the way its rolled out. To recap, the current plan since around the end of summer has been to make incomplete/buggy testing builds (referred to as playable builds) available for tier 3+ patrons who don't want to wait for a more comprehensive demo that would be available for all patrons, as long as they sign an NDA since there can and will be bugs/problems with those builds.

An issue with this setup is that NDAs can be hard to enforce even for large studios, both because it can be hard to figure out who the leaker is and because they could be anywhere in the world and the cost of taking legal action may outweigh whatever damage they did. I've been thinking about what I would do if someone were to leak Dragontwin footage, and I'd rather not spend valuable time and energy (and money) hunting down someone who's probably a huge fan in the end. But at the same time, if I don't, then the NDA doesn't mean anything in the first place.

So I've come up with an alternative that I think is doable but gets rid of the NDA. It basically boils down to taking the original plan with the builds, but making the builds more polished so that instead of being buggy and lacking in content, they're just lacking in content. There would also be some more effort put into making the builds fun as a kind of standalone experience and not just a testing ground for functionality (for example, instead of just being able to fly around the map, there might also be a mini game flying through hoops or something) Then it would be fine to have footage of it floating around on the internet, because it still looks good even if there isn't much to do yet. Going down this path, it would also make sense to get rid of the build/demo distinction because the builds are basically limited mini demos that just lack content. So instead of waiting for some demo in the distant future, the builds just naturally progress into a more and more comprehensive experience and you can hop on or off at any time. The tier rewards could then be something like, each tier gets the latest build two weeks earlier than the previous tier or similar (you can leave suggestions in the comments or DMs).

The drawback with this plan is that the time between builds may be longer (including the time until the first one), since it takes extra time to make it polished. The goal for the first build would still be before the end of the year though. Vote to let me know which one you prefer!

Is it possible to have an unremovable personal player watermark displayed on the screen and a code program that cannot be opened or browsed?

I know how annoying dealing with courts is, new plan is definitely a better idea IMO
