I just feel that Taylor is planning a Speak Now moment within the next couple of months and with "Back To December" being one of the biggest on the album, we may be getting it sooner than expected... cue internal screaming! The Ticketmaster thing is just going to have to be eventually resolved by her having her own tour promotion company which I know could be a thing that could potentially include other huge artists alongside her. This dominion she has on the music industry and her audiences at large is one to be reckoned, and these next few months is going to be one for the ages!!

Part of me wonders if it would be ATW10, as thats the song that is mostly nominated and being celebrated at the upcoming Grammys, plus she's performed ATW at the Grammys before so could be a cool legacy thing to do the 10MV. She could do a Midnights performance, however I think back to previous years and, for example, she did the OOTW performance at the 2016 Grammys (when she won all the 1989 awards) even though 1989 was already released by the time they did the 2015 Grammys, but that wasnt the year it could be nominated, so she didnt perform

2022-11-28 04:20:36 +0000 UTCI think it was all planned. As you said, Midnights is stories throughout her life, and sonically a lot of songs match older songs (e.g. OOTW/Question...?, Maroon/KOMH). I also think that it would've been really hard to do a Midnights tour whilst also trying to release her other re-recordings and celebrate Lover/Folkmore. I think the Eras tour is the perfect way to incorporate Midnights, the 3 new albums she never toured, and the re-recordings continuing!

I think you might be right about the Anti-Hero thing... it was only less than a week ago that she released another remix, so she's probably still on that train. But it definitely feels like its been long enough that she could move onto the next one. I wonder if the ticketmaster fiasco has wrecked her plans at all, and she's moved things back?

It refers to someone who is in the same field or profession as you, but is in a league of their own. Sooo sweet and sooo perfect. As for her next performance, I wonder if she'll be asked to perform at the Grammys in February? Something from Midnights. I think there is president where Grammy performances are a mix of music that is up for awards and new music that previous artists have just announced. But I could be wrong!!

2022-11-25 13:42:03 +0000 UTCLove this, guys! I love the way Bonny's eyes well up every time Taylor starts to talk; you are not alone, Bonny, the same thing happens to me! And did you see the way every time Taylor acknowledges the girl on the stage who is basically just a guide or something, the girl no one even notices is there, and Taylor touches her every time before she goes to hug the presenters. I think right now Taylor is astonished about how successful Midnights and Anti-Hero are. I think she and her team are watching Anti-Hero closely, trying to keep at number one as long as possible. I think everyone expects "All I Want for Christmas is You" to take over pretty soon, as it does every year. If I were her team, I would wait until that was over before releasing the Lavender Haze music video and trying to push that as the second single. So we're talking January by then, and she probably has at least one more music video to go besides Lavender Haze. There is just not enough time before tour starts in March! Not to mention Hits Different, which to me has "number one single" written all over it! I don't know if she will try to push it or just let that one become like RWYLM as the song that people gradually realize is so superior. Like you say, she has so much to do I just have no idea how it all fits in!

Here in the U.S. she has released Lavender Haze to some radio stations as a single but Anti Hero is going to be #1 on Billboard charts for a 5th straight week. She may want that single to play out before releasing a new one. Midnights is also #1 for 4th week (Drake bumped it from the top for only 1 week) so I don't think she would want to release Speak Now until the hype for Midnights settles down. Thanks for all the new content-I really enjoy it.
