And Taylor's voice sounds SO. GOOD. I love that she has been singing more lower notes, it's more unexpected since her voice used to be quite high. Last thing - today I was listening to a Spotify playlist and Enchanted came on. I got so pumped and sang my heart out (not sure my neighbours appreciated my performance). I'm so excited for the Speak Now rerecordings!!!!! it's seems pretty surreal that we are getting to relieve yet another era. She already spoiled us so much with RED.

He is short, kind of chubby, and red-haired (which I would see as a good thing, but I understand in England there is still some "ginger" prejudice). Also, he is a joker, in the sense of making practical jokes. He probably wonders what the hell his wife is doing with him, in his darker moments. So in some ways I think Taylor's lyrics about what he thinks a king is might actually be a bit pointed--"wake up, Ed, it is not all about gold, a palace, and diamond rings--you're a superstar".

Mine is slightly different, I imagine this song as a story of two lost people who understand each other because they both have somebody in their life who supports them unconditionally. For me it's so romantic to imagine it's Ed signing to his wife and Taylor signing to Joe, both taking the role of the Joker, while their loved ones are their Queen and King 💖
