Face quality enhancement

As you can see, with the enhancement, the quality of the face is significantly better (eyes, smile, mouth, facial features).
The only problem at the moment is how long it takes to make an improvement like this. On average, it takes 15 minutes for a single image, and the quality is generally not as good because I have to lower the settings to avoid getting an error message.
How can we improve further ?
I have already changed my graphics card, but I have to wait for updates to be released to improve the compatibility of my graphics card with the generation.
I'm already planning to put two graphics cards in my PC soon to improve this.
But don't worry, I'm still working to give you a good result in the end !
