There's only tattoos (png). You have a tutorial "How to add tattoos on a base texture" In the package !
In this package, you have 2 folders :
1. Snow Male -> 1 Material, 1 Tattoos Textures, 4 Masks, 1 Normal Map
2. Snow Female -> 1 Material, 1 Tattoos Textures, 4 Masks, 1 Normal Map
