All Across the Universe
When Ashley was on the stairwell

One stadium after another, along with every user watching through their own private livestreams on the System, everyone grows completely silent after seeing Ashley completely wipe out several Successors at once with ease. Not even showing the slightest bit of difficulty while doing so.

Then they watch her climb the rest of the way up to the top of the System Tower before the broadcast completely cuts off. Leaving them to stew in their silence for several moments before the entire universe finally gives its reaction.

A reaction split between fear, awe, and excitement.

All of Ashley’s fans immediately go berserk as they cheer as loudly as they can, meanwhile any who may consider themselves her enemy feel chills run down their spines. As they realize just how terrifying the Successor of Chaos is becoming.

But most of all, the Successors of Sin all immediately realize what happened as they hear the Primordial of Sin’s laughter echoing throughout their heads.

As they realize that all of the Successors of Sin during this era of the System Tower were merely sacrifices to make the Successor of Chaos grow stronger. And with that realization, the few True Successors of Sin begin to truly feel threatened by the very existence of the Successor of Chaos.

Because they know what their primordial is trying to do.

They also know that they will eventually become sacrifices themselves if they don’t do anything about it.

So, despite the threat from the Primordial of Chaos, the Successors of Sin all begin to rally together.

Before officially declaring war on the Successor of Chaos.

Meanwhile, on Val, various other people show their own reactions to what just happened on her livestream.

Blake just grins after getting back to Val, feeling proud of his sister. Only to go back to training again immediately after in order to keep up with her.

Elizabeth feels more and more distanced from her little sister as she sees her growing stronger. And growing closer and closer to the Primordial of Chaos at that. As if she’s completely leaving her family.

Seth feels awe at the sight of what his older sister is capable of. Making him begin journeying to one of Ashley’s Spires in the hopes of meeting her again.

And their parents all feel both glad to see her doing well, but upset every time they see her acting like Chaos’ daughter instead of their own. Leaving them unable to do anything but watch and move their own people to help Ashley’s people as much as they can.

Meanwhile the other factions of Val all begin to make their own preparations in response to Ashley’s growing power.

The Tower of Order officially brings their leader, the Judge of The Order, to Val. Even though his power is limited there. Following which many other factions begin doing the same.

The Tower Master of the Magic Towers, the Royal Guard of the Hive Queen, and even the Keeper of the Tower of Sin and lover of the Primordial of Sin.

Each one comes to Val.

All waiting for Ashley to leave the System Tower.

In the Void, near the planet known as Val

Utter silence fills the vacuum of the Void, where no sound can ever be heard. Even as void creatures aplenty swim through its endless depths, and even as they all leave at the sight of a single creature appearing in the middle of them all.

The creature is in the form of a young, humanoid girl. One with sleek, black mist running across her body making up her skin. Covering various physical features and uncovering them as it moves.

She has two different eyes, both pitch black in color, yet with one eye having a slit white pupil and the other having a slit black pupil. And she’s wearing a sleek black outfit that merges with and disconnects from the black mist running across her body, and she has black hair not quite reaching her shoulders.

Yet, despite her seemingly frail form, the void creatures flee in terror. With some of them even fainting just from the sheer presence of the Primordial in their midst.

And the Primordial in question?

Nyx just ignores them. Not even noticing them as she looks through a hole in the void at the planet known as Val.

Staring blankly at it for several days without break. Just waiting. And waiting.

And waiting.

All the way until the Tigress of Eternal Snow, Queen of Destruction, and future Harbinger returns from the Tower of Chaos to her own Spire on the planet.

And before the Primordial of Chaos can sense anything, Nyx finally acts.

She raises her hand, making a small orb of pitch black energy leave her hand and float through the void in the direction of the planet. Then she vanishes again, allowing the void creatures to swarm the area even as the Primordial of Chaos appears at the first moment of sensing something off in the area.

But she’s already long gone.

And the energy she released doesn’t show up on any scan attempted by the Primordial of Chaos. Leading to him eventually leaving again.

All still within the silence of the Void.
