All Across the Multiverse

Every last person watching the livestream show various different reactions to the reveal.

Some people don’t believe it’s true until Wolf finally raises his sword and decapitates Loki, finishing the battle as Loki’s body freezes over bit by bit. While others immediately realize that they’ve been tricked for ages. With them knowing just how much of a trickster Loki is.

Most of the people who know Loki and know about her don’t care much about her true gender since it doesn’t matter when it comes to Progenitors. Beings who are practically gods.

But the Progenitors who have confessed their love to Loki immediately begin to charge straight towards the Viewing Room Loki is currently in. Where they turn the Viewing Room into utter chaos, forcing all of the viewers out of the room as they begin attacking Loki all at once.

With Loki herself just flying around avoiding their attacks with illusions and laughing the entire time.

Meanwhile the System Forums goes crazy as the bets finally come to a close on the Centurion Floor. Leaving those who bet on Loki being a woman happily winning, and those who called the idea ridiculous simply focusing on laughing at what is being broadcast in the Arcadian Live viewing room.

But the ones most infuriated are the enemies of Fenrir and The Winter Wolf, who watch the Progenitor clone’s frozen form shattering into pieces. Following which a large chest with a fox’s head on it appears in the center of the pitch black void.

Marking the death of Loki’s clone and the clearing of the Centurion Floor.

I’m rather surprised that Loki didn’t say a word after her true form was exposed. But then again, she was probably too busy laughing.

And I didn’t exactly give her much time to speak when I cut her head off.

Still. That battle was surprisingly a little fun.

It was completely different from when I fought and defeated Beelzebub’s clone. But that’s probably because Loki didn’t seem to be taking the battle entirely seriously.

I feel like that battle was more like a show. Or a video game set-up.

One created by Loki to be challenging but not impossible.

If I’m being honest, I’m not sure I could’ve beaten Loki without all of the help I received. In fact, I don’t think I could’ve.

Without all of these defensive items and the potion and the restorative items, I wouldn’t have stood a chance against her.

Loki could’ve simply wrapped me in hundreds of layers of illusions and then slowly killed me off outside the illusions without my even noticing.

So at the end of the day, I’m happy with Loki’s Centurion Floor Theme. Even if she went a little too far with a lot of her pranks.

Besides. Loki is currently… a little busy right now.

I glance at the chat.

[Who else is enjoying the chase?]

[Who wouldn’t enjoy it? It’s not every day you get to see a bunch of female Progenitors chasing after another Progenitor while slinging insults.]

[This is hilarious.]

[How long do you think they’ll keep trying to chase her illusions?]

[Probably as long as it takes for her to run out of taunts.]

[she certainly has a lot of those, doesn’t she?]

Loki is currently taunting the many female Progenitors who confessed to her over the years. All while being attacked and chased around by them and laughing.

Of course, nowhere near all of the Progenitors who confessed to her are chasing her, seeing as Progenitors are pretty much gods and most wouldn’t do that. But there are thousands of Progenitors in the multiverse. And from what I understand, Loki’s playful attitude is apparently considered attractive.

Not to mention that her illusions make pretty much anything possible.

I can’t help but chuckle at that. Then I focus on the System Notification that appears in my vision.

Beta Administrator Dungeon Notification

Congratulations! You have officially cleared Loki’s Maze of Illusions!

As a reward for defeating a clone of the Progenitor of Illusions and Kitsune, Loki has declared that you may contact her for aid three times as she now owes you a favor for your part in her plans.

However, as she may not enter the dungeon without the dungeon’s permission, should you request her aid within the dungeon, it will be through a temporary clone and not her true body. Otherwise should you wish for aid from her true body, you must request a favor that is outside of the Beta Dungeon.

Furthermore, Loki has declared herself to be your eternal ally from this day forward.

Wow. She really does seem grateful for my help with her little prank.

I chuckle at that before looking at the next notification that appears.

Beta Administrator Dungeon Notification

Congratulations! You have cleared the four hundredth floor of the Beta Administrator Dungeon!

As a reward, you shall be given up to one entire month of rest between the four hundredth and four hundredth and first floors!

In order to enter the rest floor known as the 400.5th floor, simply receive your reward from the Centurion Boss Chest and enter the exit that appears afterwards!

And just like with the last Progenitor clone that I defeated, the dungeon is giving me a rest floor.

My thoughts go back to when I defeated Beelzebub’s clone. Or to be more specific, when I got a very similar reward from him.

Both with the ability to call for his help and with the rest floor.

I blink at that thought before a grin spreads across my face.

If I keep getting these call for help requests, I should be able to survive even if I end up fighting a Progenitor that is genuinely trying to kill me. Like Phoenix.

I already have two Progenitors I can call for help from. And that alone makes me feel better about the next Centurion Floors.

On that note, I can’t help but wonder who the next Progenitor is…

But before I worry about that, it’s time to claim my reward.
