Arcadian Live

“And the production is finally beginning!” Loki exclaims inside of the Arcadian Live viewing room as her clone begins spreading her Domain out all around the circus. Meanwhile Wolf does the same, spreading his own Domain to clash with hers. “This will be the greatest production of all times, folks! A battle between the great Winter Wolf aaaaaaand me!”

Everyone watching in the viewing room immediately breaks out into loud cheers and applause. Which is exactly what Loki wants to see.

Everything Loki has ever done has been for her own amusement.

That’s the entire purpose for her existence. She’s come to that conclusion over her millions of years of life.

After all, she’s the Progenitor of Illusions. So what other purpose could she have for living than to entertain herself?

And the moment she heard about Progenitor clones being put into the Beta Dungeon to face off against the little pup in it, she came to the conclusion that it would finally make for the best grand stage for her final reveal. For the prank she’s been preparing for her entire life.

The only way for her true form to be revealed to everyone in the multiverse and for everyone to genuinely believe it’s her true form is for either the void or lunar ice element to devour her illusions and energy. And for it to happen while broadcast to everyone at once.

So a battle with the Progenitor of Lunar Ice and the Blue Moon being broadcast across the entire universe makes for the perfect stage for her.

If there was a single reason she could give for liking Wolf, it’s because of this. Because he’s made the perfect stage for her grand prank.

Even if she may have gone a little overboard with helping him prepare to face her.

Which is obvious now as she watches him remain unaffected even when her clone tries to lock him into layers of illusions. Just like what happened earlier in the floor.

Normally Loki enjoys locking her opponents into hundreds of layers of illusions before slowly whittling away their real body. But that strategy isn’t possible anymore against Wolf.

All thanks to Loki’s own help. Along with the help of other Progenitors.

Loki watches the broadcast alongside everyone in the viewing room as Wolf very slowly fights against Loki’s clone’s Domain. With Wolf’s Domain devouring the energy of Loki’s Domain, and Loki’s Domain just gradually shrinking to match the energy of Wolf’s Domain that is used to devour it.

Despite that, since Loki has far more energy than Wolf in the first place, Wolf is clearly set to run out of energy first at this rate.

The two continue fighting as thousands of different illusions run through the Illusion Domain targeting Wolf, rushing to attack the Lunar Ice Domain full of pale blue light with a blue moon shining high in the sky above the circus. Meanwhile the circus itself turns into a frozen wasteland within the Lunar Ice Domain.

Loki feels overjoyed as she watches the two Domains clash. With Loki’s Domain being devoured as a slightly faster pace than Wolf’s Domain loses energy. Only winning out in the end due to Loki’s Domain being much larger and filled with more energy than Wolf’s.

Eventually Wolf uses his first restorative item. Bringing his energy back up a bit again.

Then Loki and the audience continue to watch as the illusions of all kinds attack Wolf. Slowly whittling away at his energy in the process.

And once again, Wolf uses another restorative item to regain some of his energy.

It’s only a matter of time before the battle gets more interesting.

Loki can’t help but smile as she watches.

While she’s watching though, she feels several telepathic connections appearing one after another. Each from different Progenitors contacting her.

And every last one of them asks around the same thing, just in different ways.

Why is Loki helping Wolf so much.

As for what Loki answers each of them?

Loki opens a mass telepathic connection between herself and all of them at once before answering every one of them together, “You’ll all find out soon enough!”

All while giggling in amusement.

This is going to be great!

She continues giggling at that thought as she watches Wolf fight against her clone.

The greatest and longest running prank of all time.
