Well this is a rather unusual collection I’ve built. But it’ll probably come in handy someday.

Maybe.

At this point I’ve gathered at least a few hundred slimes after going through all of the floors of this hazardous floor theme and collecting them one after another. And the creatures all happily fit in my storage rings without a hint of complaint. Probably because they’re slimes that can’t really think.

Also, I found something interesting out about them while collecting them.

The slimes can merge together, making larger and more powerful slimes.

So all of the slimes I’ve been collecting have been merging together in the storage ring with each new one added. Making for a rather large slime if I do say so myself.

One even bigger than the boss slime I’m seeing right in front of me now. Which is larger than several planets altogether.

I have to say though, I can’t see anything but slime right now. What with how big it is.

That makes me purse my lips as I watch the slime approach me. Then I eventually just shrug and decide to go ahead and try something fun out.

And with that thought, I go ahead and let the massive slime out of my storage ring.

Only to immediately end up being flung several million kilometers away thanks to that very slime. But while I’m mid-flight, I make sure to pay attention to what my slime is doing to the other.

Which is to say that they’re doing what all the slimes I’ve seen so far do when they collide. They’re fighting to determine which one is stronger and will therefore absorb the weaker one into themselves.

I just let myself continue flying through space as I watch the two massive slimes clash. A clash that pretty much just looks like the two trying to surround the other, with the two slimes barely being different colors.

The boss slime is a dark blue in color while my slime is a pale blue.

But as I watch, I can’t help but feel a little intrigued by the fact that the two slimes can even absorb each other in the first place. Considering that one of them is a boss monster. Which makes me wonder if the boss wasn’t originally that big when it appeared.

If the creature ended up absorbing other slimes into itself to get that big before I found it.

It’s definitely possible.

That aside though, I didn’t get much from this sponsorship floor. And not a single Progenitor sponsored me this time around. Leaving nothing but some of the administrators.

If I had to guess, it’s probably because it’s just a regular hazardous sponsorship floor. Not a Centurion Boss floor, nor one with a particularly difficult boss to fight in it.

Some of the sponsorship items I have absolutely no use for actually. To the point that I’m tempted to just give them away the next time I can.

Makes me wonder if the ones who sponsored me with those only did it for the PR it would give them.

I am being broadcast to trillions of people after all. Quadrillions or more in fact.

So sponsoring me would put their name front and center in front of everyone in the universe. And if that’s not promotion then I don’t know what is.

Not to mention it might make some of my fans happy to know they ‘supported’ me. Even if I’m not using what they gave me.

That thought reminds me of some of the collectibles people are making out in the universe. And what’s even worse is that they’re doing it with my family’s permission. Katie’s to be specific.

That brat actually went and started some businesses to create collectibles of all kinds of me. And not just collectibles but other things as well.

Whether they’re figurines, art, statues, pillows – both normal sized and body sized pillows – and even some tv shows and movies. She’s just been making waves throughout the entertainment industry using my image without even saying a word to me.

And when I asked her about all this after finding out about it?

All she says is that she’ll send me a cut when I get out of the dungeon.

I grimace at the thought.

What’s worse is that Aidan is fully going along with this. And I’m not sure whether they’re in it for the money or to embarrass me.

Probably both.

On another note, I am glad that the System managed to cut the Reaper off entirely when it comes to Voided Karma. So everyone can safely use System Points again without worrying about anything.

My grimace softens a little at that. Then it completely disappears as I notice how close my slime is getting to completely surrounding the other slime.

Nice. Looks like I won’t have to worry about the boss slime having some sort of secret trick to it.

So I finally stop my flight and focus solely on the slimes, which are so big that even after flying for so long I still can’t see anything but the slimes. And after a little bit more time passes, my slime finally finishes surrounding the boss.

Now I just wait for my slime to devour the other from the outside inwards. Or to corrupt it, technically. Since that’s what it looks like it’s doing.

The boss slime just slowly merges with my own slime from the outside inwards. Turning pale blue in color and conjoining with my slime while separating with its own body.

Okay, this might take a little while. So I should do something else as I wait.

With that thought in mind, I go ahead and begin browsing the System Forums. Only to immediately find something about the war.

Looks like another Progenitor has joined the war. On Titania’s side at that.

Considering that this isn’t actually very rare – a new Progenitor joining the war I mean – I go ahead and continue searching the System Forums while waiting for my slime to absorb the boss.
