Update

Alrighty, so here is an update about what's gonna happen for the next couple of weeks.

I need to focus on writing The Calling of Wrath during these next couple weeks so that I can finally finish up book 2. So I will be writing 1-2 chapters a day for it during this time, with the exception of my day off.

Additionally, to make room for this, for the next couple weeks alone there will only be two chapters of Crimson Eternal, two of Reaper's Resurgence, and 2 of Ascension of Chaos a week instead of the usual three. It will then go back to three again after The Calling of Wrath book 2 is complete. And I will also start writing chapters of The Rise of the Winter Wolf again as my next focus after Wrath.

Lastly, I got new curtains a couple weeks or so ago which blocked any sunlight from entering my room over this time. And thanks to a complete lack of sunlight since I almost never leave my house, I have been having some insomnia problems. Problems that developed enough that I literally couldn't sleep at all last night. To the point that I stayed in bed for 4 hours trying to get to sleep before eventually giving up and just getting up without sleeping last night at all.

Thanks to this, today's Wrath chapter was moved to Sunday and the rest of Sunday's chapters except for the Wrath chapters are canceled.

That said, I've switched up my day to go on a walk every day to get some sunlight. So hopefully the insomnia will quickly go away again.

Glad to hear you’re taking steps to correct it, hopefully it’s a quick return to a healthy routine. On a side note I highly recommend finding a hobby that gets you out of the house because you enjoy it, makes it easy to commit to it without the “aww ffs I still need to do my daily walk” mentality seeping in. For example, I took up rock climbing a couple years ago and it has done a lot for my mental and physical health. someone else I know has a board game group they meet up with and they just walk or cycle to the meet up spot and that’s had the same effect for them. You have a writing pace that you can afford to give yourself time away from the screen and experiencing something new. We will be here so don’t worry about that

Most authors on Patreon are like yeah I’m going to pause this series… meanwhile you are going to go down only 1 chapter. Your work pace is crazy. Keep up the great work and try not to burn yourself out.
