Changes:

Corridor art is finished! The corridors of the Workshop should look beautiful and complete now! Rooms are gonna take a loooong time, however, so the Ruins room panels will serve as placeholders.
Added corridor parallax background tiles by Anonymous.
Added corridor parallax middle ground tiles by Anonymous.
Created enemy spawn tables for higher level workshop dungeons. Now every workshop level should have appropriate enemy spawns within.
Raised the base chance of The Workshop Opens town event occurring.
Added more possible combinations of enemies that will spawn in the Workshop.
Added the medium and high difficulty tiers of Maiden.
Added strings for Workshop quests.
Created a file 'workshopnamefix_english.loc' and left it in the main folder of the mod. If you want to fix the dungeon name being a missing string in the main menu simply drop this file into your base game's /localization/ folder. This is the only time you should ever make any change to the base game's files when installing LLE, and it's completely optional!
Added new SFW and updated older NSFW hero skins by fellow DD modder Hazu to replace the defaults for Arbalest.
Created new alternate colour skins for Hazu's Arbalest: Huntress, Sharpshooter, Veteran, and Dragonslayer.
Added bonus damage on marked heroines to the Maiden's glare attack.
Reduced the PROT of easy difficulty Maiden (20% -> 15%).
Reduced HP of Maiden at all difficulties.
Raised the HP of Marionettes that start combat with a captive.
Reduced the maximum range of stress damage taken when a heroine is released by one of the Puppetmaster's Understudies (15-73 -> 15-55).
Raised the chances for more stress damage to be taken when a heroine is released by one of the Puppetmaster's Understudies. While the maximum amount has been lowered, you're less likely to take the minimum of 15 stress damage.
Raised the maximum damage range of Puppetmaster's 'Farce' and 'Tragedy' attacks at all difficulties.
Raised the crit chance of Puppetmaster's 'Tragedy' attack. This one is intended to be scary.
Reduced the chance for Puppetmaster to use 'Comedy' beyond its guaranteed use.

Bugfixes:

Fixed a crash that could occur when Puppetmaster is defeated and the Understudies release your heroines.
Fixed the lighting on marionette_full looking a little strange.
Fixed a missing string for when Marionette releases a captive.
Fixed an issue with spawns caused by testing mashes being left in the game files.
Fixed an issue that occurred when multiple Marionette captors were filled by a single grab attack.
Fixed the crit chance of easy difficulty Maiden's glare attack erroneously being too low because of a missing digit (2% -> 12%).
Removed development files that were left in the test build (shaves about ~30MB off the file size. Hey, it's better than nothing).
Fixed the third understudy in the Puppetmaster fight dealing more damage over time than intended.
Fixed the first understudy not being untargetable in some circumstances.
Fixed the Goblin Empress dying improperly when killed while holding a heroine. She should now instantly and properly release a heroine when brought to 0HP. (I haven't actually tested this one since I implemented it. Someone do me a favour and let me know if it's horribly broken?)
Fixed Crimson Cocksucker waiting an entire round to release her captive when she hits 0HP while holding a heroine. She should now instantly release her heroine.
Fixed Crimson Cockrider waiting an entire round to release her captive when she hits 0HP while holding a heroine. She should now instantly release her heroine.
