I feel the thing that makes it fairly easy is that you can just out heal it if you got a good enough healer. Stress damage isn’t enough to worry about unless you were already at your limit and don’t have a stress healer. The issue is that if you start balancing around the player having an optimal healer it might be way too hard if you don’t have it. Focusing on status effects or stress might work.
