Could have them being actively tortured(ravished) inside the maiden similar to a mimic type enemy possibly with body part like breasts and/or legs out and twitching and stuff to show there's action going on inside.

When the maiden captures someone I figured it could adapt its shape a bit more to its new female prisoner and gain a larger (breast shaped) chest segment or maybe more voluptuous form in general(whatever you feel is fitting). Feel free to warp the idea or implementation how you see fit if you like aspects from it but that's just my first impression of a maiden enemy in a lusty mod.
