L-O-V-E, the duet between Tina and Mike, is the song Harry Shum Jr. (who plays Mike) sang for his audition. The Brittana Kiss was cut out in the 4pm episode in the Philippines, but was later shown in the primetime slot at 9pm. The Whitney Houston dedication at the end of the episode was removed for the episodes that premiered in Australia and the United Kingdom. The picture Rachel has on her bedside table is the same picture Finn has in his room, which can be seen in his memorial episode in season 5. It is a picture from the two of them in season 3, episode 1. When Brittany and Santana are about to kiss by their lockers, you see Santana tilt her head, but when they zoom in it's not tilted. Sugar says that only those who have a date are allowed to come to her party. However, Artie attends the party without having a date as well as The God Squad members (Sam, Mercedes, Quinn, and Joe) and Kurt (prior to Blaine’s return). Sugar tells everyone they can find a box of chocolates under their seats in the choir room. Puck tells them he found his chocolates 10 minutes prior. However, before the Glee title card, Puck’s face is clean and there are no chocolates in sight. During Hiram (Jeff Goldblum) and LeRoy's (Brian Stokes Mitchell) talk about the wedding, in a shot, one of Hiram's hands is in the table and the other on the air. Then the camera turns to LeRoy and when it backs to Hiram his arms are crossed. The camera turns back to LeRoy and in the next shot, Hiram is again with one hand on the table and the other in his hip. When Will suggests serenading people from classroom to classroom and everyone argues against it, Tina states two years before this episode, the Glee Club went caroling in the classrooms, but it was actually one year before. When Blaine enters Sugar's valentine party, both Rachel and Kurt are surprised. But they both end up singing. In season 3 episode 9, Rachel stated that their Christmas decorations had used up the glee club's decorating budget for the entire year, yet they still had Valentine's Day decorations in this episode. During Stereo Hearts, Santana can be seen sitting down. As the song plays, the camera passes and she is not there. When it ends, she is again seen walking up to the God Squad. During Rory’s song Home, Brittany is seen linking arms with Santana. However, in the next shot, their arms are separate.
