I say this every time I watch this episode to anyone that will listen but as a top Quinn defender - I hated that Will tried to throw Mercedes letting Quinn live with her in her face. Just because a thank you wasn't said around him does NOT mean she never said it to Mercedes or her family.

2025-05-30 06:15:47 +0000 UTCThe one thing I never understood about this episode is how everyone who auditioned in this episode except for Kurt used a song from West Side Story. Whenever I have auditioned for a musical they would always tell me to do 32 bars of a song that is not from the musical but is the same style of the character we are auditioning for or all students would be given 32 bars of the same song to sing and we would have to sing that part of the song. The females would get a song from the female lead and males a song from the male lead. Then callbacks would be a song from the musical and it would be the full song. On this show though they had 2 people who sang a song that is not from the musical while everyone else did a song from West Side Story and then as it was seen in the next episode the callback song was from a different musical as well.
