For a long time Taylor would say that Last Kiss is the saddest song she’d ever written and you can really tell she felt that in the OG recording. I believe it was done in a single take and you can hear the emotions getting to her towards the end 😢

Long Live - a love letter to her fans and band, written when she was not sure if she had hit the peak of her career. Castles Crumbling (released on TVs as a vault track) is the flip side of the same coin as Long Live. This song holds a very special place in all of our hearts and will guarantee tears in most of the audience whenever it is preformed. Ours - written about the skepticism and commentary about her relationship with Mayer (written when they were together and happy)
