FRIENDS 03X07 WATCH PARTY

Comments

Me and my siblings all had themed rooms growing up. Mine was "pink" and I had a combination of Barbie and Hello Kitty decorations as well as my own Hello Kitty landline phone since I was the oldest. My sister had a Baby Looney Tunes themed room because she LOVED Tweety Bird so her room was light blues, yellows, and whites. When we moved into the same room our shared theme became a light brown and light blue because we could both agree on a horse type theme. My brother took over my sister's old room and updated to reflect his obsession with Tonka Trucks lol. I loved having themes/color schemes in the rooms and I am very much looking forward to the day when I can move into a place with my husband that will allow us to have more freedom with decorating than our current place.

Nope not a themed room. My mom was very particular about things, so we didn't really put up stuff. Looking back at it, I don't think I was super crazy about something where I wanted to put it up around my room. I did play teacher a lot so I did put up a small white board and use that.

Oh I agree wholeheartedly. It’s good to remember that even though it’s season three already, it’s ONLY season three. There is still seven more and in my opinion I think she does grow a lot during that time!

Megan Christina

Oh, that’s much nicer and more PC than what I thought 😮

Sounds like Rachel has a lot of growing up to do. I’m assuming we’ll see that happen throughout the seasons.

Audrey McDonald ( Songs From A Suitcase)

Sure that counts :-) Now you get two shows to enjoy with me!

I found your channel because of Glee and am so excited that you are watching Friends too that I binged it for a week and am finally caught up! I'm so excited for future season reactions! With regards to Rachel, most of her behaviour stems from her upbringing - the rich spoiled kid with the scary doctor father that nobody dared to stand up to. We will see more of the arrogant, scary aspects of her father in future episodes too. My room is minimalistic themed, is that counted?

first of all do not apologize for any dog related things, i get great joy seeing the cute pupper. QOTD: My room wasn't... THEME themed. However, from around 14 until the time I was.. almost 24? my bedrooms were Glee themed. Even going from my room as a kid to my teenage/adult room in our basement. It was wild. We're talking the posters lining my walls along with my own fan art, stickers, a pennant banner going across the wall, and the staple of it all: my life size cardboard cutout of Naya Rivera (who, despite the theme being over, still resides in the corner of my room). Currently, there's not really a theme unless we want to call absolute chaos a theme (I have a nice grey/light purple/white colour scheme accented by framed Frozen 2 pictures, a few hundred squishmallows, and several small christmas trees covered in tiaras and small pompom chickens). SHOW: I see where it was as if Rachel was letting her dad walk all over Ross and I think it sucks that he was the butt of a lot of the comments. That said, I definitely think that's a product of how she was raised. In later episodes you get more peeks into her life pre-show and I definitely think it was a "dad's the boss and you don't get to fight it" type dynamic, so I'd imagine for Rachel, standing up to him and having a confrontation she thinks she'll never win is terrifying.

Megan Christina

Alan Alda was an amazing actor. Known best for his role in MASH

Liv Heskett

I think the "wet head" joke was just about Ross always using hair gel XD

Jade

I feel like you can tell that Rachel comes from a family that always tries to "keep the peace". The way she just doesn't fight her dad on the bill, tries to get Ross to cater to her dad. It's not an issue of Rachel doesn't care enough about Ross, it's her families upbringing. On the question: I never had a theme, because most of my life I shared a room with my sister. Before we had to share a room though I did have a rainbow that went over my bed.

Turnip Crazy

Not themed really I moved to my uncles room when he moved out when I was 8 or so and so I jsut had his old wallpaper and flooring. I did put posters up all over and it was all emo/rock/metal bands. That's as close to a theme that I had haha.

Alex Foster

Well I had CDs and DVDs and posters and flags of Mylène Farmer all over my childhood/teenage bedroom so i don't know if that counts for a theme but it definitly was a pattern 😂

Dylan

I had a galaxy bedroom, with glow in the dark stars allover my walk and ceiling . It was dark blue and sparkly black, and very relaxing. All my mates loved staying over in my room hehe

Lucy

Danny/Daniel my man was just telling me that when he was a kid he has a space themed room he is such a nerd at heart and I fucking love it and him And to look at him you wouldn't think he is a nerd but he is he on the outside is very athletic looking and 6 foot 6 he towers over me witch I love but on the inside he is a little teddy bear he is the most romantic man I have ever met and the fact that we are nearly 5 months and he treats me the same as when he first met me and we still can't keep our hands off eachother witch normal is not like me. My man's personality is just like ross's and absolute puppy dog

danielle hall

Mine was just coulor or patterned themed although when I was about 5 years old I had a bed set that was Hanna Montana which I loved and when I was like 12 to 15 I had a beding of the boy bend I loved this was the same erea of one direction witch I don't like I love The English band called The Wanted I was obsessed and I had wooden posters of them on my walls. My nieces have themed rooms the oldest who is 8 has a Stitch themed room with a massive Stitch mural on the wall. Then the youngest who is 4 had donors and now it's princesses my room now I'm a adult is just simple it's purple and white with acesent of black and rose gold and some baby pink thrown in oh I have just remember I had a floral themed bed when I was young it was white metal with little flowers and leaves on it it was also a bed and a sofa which was awesome and I loved it

danielle hall

I 100% agree with you about Rachel's dad. I get she's just used to this kind of behaviour from him and I think she's implied before that she doesn't like confrontation in general, but especially when it comes to her dad. And while it is sad that she won't stand up for herself, she should at least stand up for her boyfriend. Them ganging up against her was hilarious though. No, I've never had a themed bedroom. But when I was younger and shared a room/bunk bed with my sister, I used to love hanging a blanket and pretend like I was camping or something. Sometimes me and my friends would even tell ghost stories in the dark 😂 And it's funny as I was typing this down I was reminded that in spite of it not always being great growing up, I had some good times for sure. I miss that innocence of being a kid. I just miss being happy and now I want to cry 😭
