Chris Colfer said in an interview that they knew the episode was called "Prom Queen", but he was stunned when he was reading the script and got to the scene when the prom queen was announced . . . and found out it was **Kurt**. He hadn't been told beforehand. He went to the show creator after reading it (and after recovering from the surprise) and said, "So. In this last scene, I'm wearing a kilt. And a tiara. Dancing with a boy. To 'Dancing Queen' . . . . . Did I do something to offend you???" 😅🤣 (He did enjoy it, though. He said that he was really nervous about it, but thought it turned out great.)

2025-02-20 14:28:09 +0000 UTCBehind the scenes, the crew dressed up for prom too, and between shooting cast and crew +extras would just dance and have fun. This is first time Rachel and sam have talked directly to each other, and the beginning of me shipping them, ooppss. Kevin said he loved the show and was kind of protective of it, so when they did Friday, he felt wrong doing it and he was too serious despite Glee being satire. Chord and pucks actor were the ones who came up with the choreography for Friday.They performed it on tour, and were left to organize it themselves, it was so bad it was cut from tour.

(Klaine is the only couple to have one as well which is the piano theme) When Finn gives Quinn her corsage we don't see her put it on, then when they back away after an almost kiss you can see it on her wrist.

The original script for when Kurt gets voted prom queen, has Blaine convincing Kurt to go back in and accept the crown. However, Chris saw the script and was allowed to change it to Kurt making the decision instead of being forced to. Just another example of why he was the most devoted to his character. As said by the other cast members. During jar of hearts, we see Sam asking Mercedes to dance. This is the first time we see them as somewhat of a couple. A couple of goofs to note. Blaine sings a song even though he did not go to the school. And Rachel’s solo, jar of hearts, is about someone singing to a toxic cheating ex, when in Rachel’s situation, she is the cheating ex. Chris did not like the prom outfit he had to wear and is quoted in saying to the directors, “I’m wearing a kilt with the crown on my head, and dancing with a boy to dancing Queen. Did I do something to offend you?” Finally, Kurt saying “What about Prom Blaine?” is a reference to the 80s movie Pretty in Pink where that exact same line was said by the main character.

2025-02-16 18:14:47 +0000 UTCKurt's "Go with God, Satan... Santana" is the second time someone has referred to Santana as Satan 🤣 The first was Mercedes when she voted for their duet to win in 2x04. Goofs: Santana tells Kurt they will be like the Hell's Angels security at Altamont for The Rolling Stones. Then she said it went off without a hitch, but that was far from the truth. It was a disaster with the HA stabbing a guy in the crowd. Sue says to Artie that if Puck gets expelled there won't be enough people to compete at Nationals, but at that moment there are 13 members and they only need 12.

2025-02-16 11:11:17 +0000 UTCIt is a brief moment but when Kurt and Santana are walking down the hall together when Santana points to a girl who bumps into Kurt you can see Naya's tattoo on her right wrist (it said "love" in Hebrew). Usually 2 of Naya's tattoos at the time were always covered up with makeup because Santana was wearing a Cheerios outfit and her hair was tied up in a ponytail (the 2 tattoos that were covered up with makeup when Naya wore the Cheerios outfit were the "love" in Hebrew tattoo on her right wrist and the bow tattoo that was on the back of her neck the other tattoos Naya had at the time didn't have to be covered with makeup because they were covered up by wardrobe since they were on her foot, ankle, and lower back). Since Santana isn't in a Cheerios outfit from episode 13 to episode 22 this season Naya's tattoos aren't covered up with make-up just mostly not seen because of the wardrobe Santana is wearing and because Santana's hair was mostly down instead of in a ponytail.
