One tree hill its an amazing coming of age show and has I think the best soundtrack for a show next to the oc and gossip girl. Stranger things its kind of a mix of the two with a supernatural element set in the 80s.

Idk how you feel about kid's shows but its one of the best animated series out there, if you just get through the slightly slower but still fun first season. Its an incredible ride from then on, filled with great characters, complex themes and interesting worldbuilding.

The plot was properly thought out from the beginning, acting is amazing, breaks my heart pretty much every episode, it has Mandy Moore in it and she sings quite a bit in it! It’s just brilliant. I couldn’t think of a show that I think is better.

If you're looking for a musical: Star - about a female trio wishing to achieve stardom in the music industry and facing many challenges. Only 3 seasons (first one very short). Others: Arrowverse - Superhero/vigilante action type stuff with family and relationship drama as well. Based on DC comics, multiple shows that intertwine: Arrow (this one is the OG, hence the name "Arrowverse"), The Flash, Supergirl etc. You watched the musical episode of The Flash that was a cross-over with some of the other shows, and, once again, some familiar faces. This Is Us - Emotional family drama starring Mandy Moore (Rapunzel in Tangled). I think Danny would enjoy this too though because several characters struggle with some type of addiction. One Tree Hill - teen drama and though not a musical, music plays a big part (you reacted to one random episode a while back btw) Scream Queens - hilarious and over-the-top show that also has some familiar faces. Desperate Housewives - soap opera-esque drama with a star-studded cast

The show puts its own spin on the Brothers Grimm fairy tales/stories and creatures • Dexter (original series) - 8 seasons; it’s considered more of a dark drama/thriller/horror/ mystery show. I don’t usually go for horror, but it’s different than most. It’s about a blood spatter analyst who works for Miami Metro Homicide, but also has an unusual hobby of sorts

Cop show but make it supernatural) ♥ Good girls (4 women try to be criminals, they're not really good at it, mix between funny and exciting!) For 20/30 minute shows some of my faves are: ♥ The good place (Super interesting show about the afterlife. Funny, amazing characters, good twists!) ♥ Brooklyn 99 (Detective/police show, lots of great relationships and characters, very funny too) ♥ Heartstopper (Just a great show about lgbtq+ youth, very heartwarming) ♥ hacks (A struggling young writer starts working with a legendary stand-up comedian. Very well written and funny) ♥ Derry girls (A group of Irish Catholic schoolgirls and their life in the 90's. So funny, good vibes, nostalgic and heartfelt) ♥ fleabag (How do you explain fleabag?? It's raw, dark, funny and has such a good main character)

She's an orphan and builds meaningful relationships with a sheriff and a 'criminal') there's nothing familiar about that lol The first season of Heroes Revenge One of us is Lying Country Comfort The Resident (if you want to go medical but don't want to invest in something as long-running as Grey's or ER)

But I recently showed my kids a show I used to watch when was little, it can only be found on YT in the UK and has a lot of singing, but it's goofy and kind of stupid in that way teen shows were on certain channels in the 90s. They loved it and binge watched the whole show. California Dreams, did anyone else love it as much as I used to and my kids do now? lol
