The tongue-in-cheek answer would be "Adventure Protagonist", but a cabbie as Juan's day/cover job is a safe guess... :P OR, he's just a vintage car enthusiast that likes 1970s A10-series Checker Taxis, and unintentionally recreates scenes from Crazy Taxi. O_o;
