well technically Rachel and Finn didn't cheat on each other cause they weren't together but he still should have been honest with her when she was honest about the fact that her and jessie didn't do it instead he lied to her while the whole group knew so her emotions in that scene were so valid

2025-02-19 07:04:51 +0000 UTCSo much to say so I’ll just put them in bullet points. • this is the one episode where I can’t figure out how it got its name. • that’s why I love Kurt’s voice. It’s just so clean and clear and his dictation is great. And while he’s not a top 5 singer in the show, he’s top 5 in terms of vibrato. It’s just beautiful. Though I wish the vocal directors had him sing in a more mixed/chest register in these earlier episodes. • It’s curious how Will said that he was just showcasing his strongest players, which with Rachel makes total sense but means that Mercedes deserves a bigger spotlight that she doesn’t get as a valued player. But Finn is not there vocally at this point to be considered the strongest player. At least not above Artie and Santana whom are always left out of the conversation. • I actually like Puck too. He has great development and is pretty funny. • I low key like the Hipsters and wish they came back in s3. That would’ve been fun! • Until this watch, I never really noticed how rushed the scenes are. The storylines don’t feel rushed but the edits do.

Especially as they felt more like highschool productions versus their elaborate numbers. Though, I get why as a TV they would want to do bigger numbers because they grab more attention. I just love all the harmonies and how... Organic Acapella numbers feel. Just purely rooted in the talents of all the singers and their ability to work together as a group.
